Visited KFV in Efmond. OK, after a doctor's appointment. Wife ordered the potpie and I did the 3 piece original box. Sat down to wait for our order and the young man behind the counter came and informed us that no potpies were ready yet. Manager had gone home sick and hadn't had anyone put them in the oven. Apologized all over the place, offered a refund, and a free meal for the gaff, but the wife really wanted the potpie, so they jumped on getting them baked while we waited. Took the 25 minutes they expected, delivered the potpie dinner and continued to apologize for the inconvenience of waiting. We were entirely understanding and said we know these things happen, and the wife was happy with her steaming hot potpie

Terrible place. I love kfc and this location is terribly managed. I manage my own restaurants in the metro not kfc but fast food. They do not care here don’t order online because every time I order online it’s wrong and the items that did get delivered are made wrong. Like really lol. Trash location trash management.

What a joke!I walked in and waited to order. I could hear them in the back talking about how a customer called and complained about an order. After five minutes of waiting, I WALKED IN THE BACK and said are you guys gonna take my order. The guy replied all upset saying you cant be back here. I said "Are you guys gonna do your jobs" He replied and said he wasnt on the clock. WHAT WAS ODD about the whole situation is they werent making any food in the back when I walked back there. None of the heating compartments had chicken or any food in them. There is no way this location isnt on it's way to shutting down. I would say by the end of 2024 absolutely it will not be in business. It's a shame too because it's in a good spot they just couldnt get good management and staff to back it up.

Ordered through Uber and they were out of Cole slaw. This was a surprise since they have such a limited menu. Didn’t find out until it was already out the door and couldn’t cancel without getting charged.

Ordered a 12 piece bucket and asked for 1/2 crispy and 1/2 original, I received 4 pieces of original. I also understand it was Christmas Eve but service was very slow. This store at one time was my favorite KFC location, but has continually gone down.

The chicken had the flavor of 50 years ago, and was perfect. This store in Edmond I consider to be the best.
Man 1 star is really being nice. We walked into today and there were 4 employees hanging out around the front register. As soon as we walk in…boom they vanish and not even the manager on shift acknowledged that customers were up front. 5 minutes of waiting and awkward side eye from drive through dude. Not a single customer in the restaurant either.Every time we have been here over the last 3 years your customer service has been consistently poor. Only been here a handful of times in that time frame but hopefully your corporate HQ reads this.

Absolutely unacceptable service! We pulled up to the drive thru at 6 PM and could only get out of line after 30 minutes due to the screwed up shape of the drive thru line. Eventually Elmer Fudd got on the speaker and clumsily told us, "Just take a peek at the menu and I'll be back with you when I can." Well thanks genius, that would have been nice to know before you wasted half an hour of my time. If you're thinking of going to this location, save yourself some time and sanity and go to a different KFC.
