I am finding it hard to believe that the high ratings are actually real. This Mexican food has no flavor and is very bland. The portions were not that great either. Maybe it was a bad night or had a terrible new cook. This was our first visit and my wife and I will not be eating at this restaurant again. It is a shame too, because it is so close to where we live.

Well I guess they are no longer in business. I went a couple of weeks ago on a Tuesday evening and they were closed. A Sticker on the door indicated they were shut down by the Tax Commission for failure to pay Taxes.

Leonardo's is the best Mexican restaurant around. Doesn't taste like the same old stuff that chain restaurants serve. Get the pollo con crema, you won't regret it!! And try the green sauce they make, SO GOOD

My wife and I have been paid to review restaurants for years. Here's a free one. We agree with all the 5 star reviews. If you're looking for a lot of ambiance this isn't the place. But if you're looking for good food, good service and reasonable prices, this is the place. We had citrus talapia and crispy chicken tacos which both included beans and rice and they were great The red salsa and cheese dip were very good. The green salsa was a "one of a kind" and I could make myself sick eating that stuff. We found this place by accident but we'll be back soon and with friends.

We've been going for years -- much, much better on every level than Teds or any other chain. Gotta try the green salsa and white queso if you haven't!

So, either most of these positive reviews are fake, especially the pictures, or I just ate food from the Twilight Zone version. So first item. Taco salad. This salad came in a bowl the size of my palm with noithing but almost minced, greasy meat, 3 tiny pieces of tomato and about a spoonful of shredded lettuce. Second was a grande burrito. Hmm flat tortilla with the same, I can't even call it meat, on top, then covered in a red sauce..that's it for that one. I won't comment on my husband's food. But yah his as well as mine went straight into the dumpster. It was bad enough for us, we won't go back and no I won't recommend it, but some must love it. It's not authentic, but it's not tex mex, it's definitely something original.I

This strip shopping center restaurant in Edmond was a surprise because it was fast and relaxed and the food we ordered was well made delicious and inexpensive for our current times. 8.99 for three entree plate with beans rice and chips ant three sauces (green sauce was great) we had a burrito as well same price. Total cost for two was $20. And the portion was bigger than one could eat. We took home the leftovers and they were enough for lunch the next day.
