Small store with lines that crowd the entire space when busy, had to wait 30 extra minutes on a call in order for a single pizza, but food is still good despite everything else.

I don't know what happened to this location over the last year, but it's gotten pretty terrible. I've had issues where my order takes much longer to make than necessary. I've had to wait close to 40 minutes after the pickup time AFTER I got a notification my food was ready. I've had them give me food that wasn't what I ordered as well, which is especially frustrating when I order a more expensive pizza and they're trying to pass off a cheaper hot and ready as my order.
I know food service is extremely stressful and hardly fulfilling work, but this is still pretty embarrassing for a store to be this bad at what they do. This is the most convenient location to me, so I'd love if they got better.

We were just passing through staying at a local hotel last Saturday night & ordered $40 of food online. When we picked it up I inquired on how much the 2L sodas were and the male employee indicated they were $3.50 each but if you bought crazy bread and sauce they were $1 each. I said great I bought two so I'll take two, he said actually no you have to buy them in store to get the discounts. Perfect example of not doing the right thing and likely management not empowering their employees.

I’ve been here several times thinking that one day my pizza will actually be cooked. Every time I had pizza I had to wait for it after I paid online to have it ready at a certain time, today was the last straw I will not be back to this location, I had to wait 28 minutes after my pick up time and when I got home the dough was completely raw , my kids would not even eat it. I put it in my oven and we finally ate our dinner at 8 pm . As for me and my family we will not be back .

We have ordered from this store multiple times and had no issues however our last two orders were missing items and this time our pizza was raw. We called to inquire about a refund or a remake and were told they could not help us beyond giving us a customer service number. The manger did not even talk with us or try to help in any way. The staff we did speak with were nice and tried to help but it is disappointing that there was no resolution besides a phone number.
