Nothing hot or ready about this location. In fact my order wan't even started at my pickup time, along with many others who were frustrated and waiting.

I think the employees here are high, lol. Called and made the easiest order, slice n sticks w pepperoni and bacon, and 1 order of the cheese puff cups. The sticks had jalapenos only with no bacon, and they gave me pepperoni puff cups instead of cheese. The pizza and puffs were overdone like crazy too. It's funny how bad it all was lol. Won't be back to this place. ?

I ordered pizza for a lunch event from here. I ordered it the day before to give them plenty of heads up. I ordered it to be ready at 11:45. It wasn’t ready until 12:25. In addition to their lateness the cheese bread was burnt.

The GM Lane at this store has no knowledge of how to be a manager. Store never functions properly every time I go in and he's working, I've heard him belittle his employees, threaten his employees, leave the store trashed, and then yells at the other employees for not doing his job for him. Everyone else is polite and friendly, but he is bringing the whole store down with him. Store got better before he ever showed up now all the good friendly employees are leaving or being fired, never supporting this store again as long as he works there. 5 stars for everyone else, but I'd give it a 0 under his dictatorship

I just left this location after waiting in store for 16 minutes while the employees talked in the back. Nobody else in the store for the first 10 minutes then people came in and a line formed. Employees continued to prep pizzas and talk in the back. I understand a few minutes but that was ridiculous. Others left after me. Not returning.
