Trash never will go back - the manager in the bread d didn't spell my name right it's Trevion and Trey ( worked with him shouldn't be that hard lol ) and didn't get my order right and walked away when I asked a question like he was in bull hurry ( nothing was going on ) and the guys in back where unprofessional and inappropriate and didn't cut I'm pizza right either if that's what night looks like I might have come back and save y'all

I wouldn't order from Marco's pizza if were you. This is supposed to be a regular crust pepperoni and sausage pizza, medium-sized from the store on North Western and 178th. I ordered through the app for Marco's, and it showed on the way at 5:30, almost a 30 min cook and wait time. I ordered delivery by Marco's, but it was delivered by Doordash after pick up at 5:45. My pizza was barely warm, and the dough wasn't cooked completely.

I recommend their pizza, but I do not recommend their online ordering process. It needs to be revamped and streamlined to keep up with their competitors. For instance, on October 9, I ordered delivery pizza around 5:15 PM. I received communication through text / email that I would receive the order at my home by 5:51. At 6:10 I called them and was told that they didn't even have a driver available. It was another 20 minutes before I got the pizza. I was promised by the manager that I would receive a discount on my order and that has not happened yet. Like I told them, your pizza is good, but getting that pizza from your kitchen to my house is extremely frustrating. My order before this (a couple of months ago) never did get delivered because they had some problem with their computers. I was never notified. I was just left here sitting waiting for my delivery. It took me two calls to the store to get my money back.

Ordered delivery online, it said 30 minute delivery time and 1 hour 10 minutes later it arrived, cold. Had to microwave it and tear the crust with my teeth instead of biting it. I will not order from here again and will not recommend them to

I'm pretty sure that my math skills are in check but in my last 3 visits, the prices have always been way more than what I was quoted. Maybe I am not using my fingers properly when doing addition. It just seems a little odd. Great service and good food. I did ask for mine to be well done and it came out to be just under normal done. So all I could do is shout at the neighbors dog for a bit.
I have literally been waiting over 3 hours for a delivery that cost me $50. Everytime i call Kyle tells me the driver just left with my order. I was told this 3 times. At this point why would i want food that’s been sitting since 5:30 and its 8:50. Then he said i can come pick it up after he already said the driver left with my food. I order from here very often. Never again.

I used this location for a party for my husband's 80th birthday party. When I went to make my order, the personnel were friendly and extremely helpful. When the food arrived, it was on time and the order was completely correct. I use this location for my go to pizza place too.

My Grandson works here, but the cauliflower crust sausage pizza was the best I have had in a long time. Almost like a Chicago pizza. Wow

We've ordered from Marco's for years and have always loved it. However,the last several pizzas have been skimped on with ingredients and practically zero red sauce. Husband was not happy! Hopefully, things will change back to the way they were.
