Wonderful pizza. Wonderful service. Piper cheerfully answered the phone and took my order at the busiest time of day. And when I picked it up she made my day with a sweet compliment. Its not every day an 80 year old is told she is pretty! This young lady is an asset to your store. She needs a raise!

I love ordering from Marco’s, they have great sales, and they are by far the best pizza chain in Edmond. I love their pizza. Best sauce, best crust and great ingredients. Always, a speedy delivery, and hot and delicious. Five stars. *****
Can’t speak about atmosphere, as I always order delivery, but Marcos employees are always the friendliest, including tonight’s delivery! Fast, fresh, hot, and delivered with a big smile. Thanks Marcos on being a solid staple always!

Pay your workers & hire enough staff. You’re overworked underpaid workers look & act like they hate their jobs & look severely overworked, underpaid & understaffed.
Need to change the culture starting with the top/owner, who must give their manager an incentive to do well. Such as bonus pay for superb performance or a raise etc (probably both tbh.)
