First time to stop in to order pizza from this pizza place and atmosphere was quite clean- didn’t even see any debris on the prep areas floor nor in sitting area. Was greeted immediately and pleasantly. I know the pizza is good from here because family members order from here regularly and always satisfied

Went in with a few questions was welcomed with great customer service and a happy attitude from everyone in the store. Cashier was not able to answer my question so she got me help from Ariel the store manager and Ariel did a great job answer all my questions and got me taken care of out food out quickly. New management at Exchange Dr on I-35/Covell (Kyle and Ariel) apparently will no longer allow delivery to the east side of the Woodland Park neighborhood bc it’s past Douglas.. even though it’s the same neighborhood, and they’ve been delivering here for years. The food is ok, but the thing I’ve always loved most about Marcos has been their customer service. It’s a shame that they’re going down the same path so many other companies have.. where they forget about the loyal customers who have helped build them into the thriving company that they have become.. Then their customer service goes to crap, and people decide to eat at one of the many, many other mediocre pizza places in the OKC metro.. do better, Marco’s.. like you used to.

I sent a complaint while in the parking lot never received a response . This location is horrible the so called manager was extremely rude . And I will never go to Marcos again why ask when you never reach out and respond to your customer. Horrible customer service

I just left to pick up my pizza and the energy was really lovely. All the employees greeted me with excitement and the manager was so kind and helpful. I come here like once a week for their BOGO deal and they never disappoint. Y’all are awesome! Thanks so much for the great service :)
Michelle took my order and was amazing. Due to our family's food restrictions and allergies. Let's just say I'm a complicated order. Michelle took the extra time and was patient taking my order. My food was delivered via door dash on time but they accidentally had forgotten my husbands pepsi. I called them back to say the driver might return to pick it it up. The Manager (Keithan I believe) went ahead and brought it to us. Absolutely amazing. We have always had great pizza and service with them and this was no different.

I successfully placed an online order for delivery knowing there was an extended waiting time of 1.5 hrs for it to be delivered. I was able to track my order up until the delivery time given. The page refreshed and stated that my ordered had been cancelled. I attempted calling the store multiple times with no answer. This was complete and utter BS. My days of eating Marcos' over-priced pizza have come to an bitter end. Good riddance!
