Michelle took my order and was amazing. Due to our family's food restrictions and allergies. Let's just say I'm a complicated order. Michelle took the extra time and was patient taking my order. My food was delivered via door dash on time but they accidentally had forgotten my husbands pepsi. I called them back to say the driver might return to pick it it up. The Manager (Keithan I believe) went ahead and brought it to us. Absolutely amazing. We have always had great pizza and service with them and this was no different.

I successfully placed an online order for delivery knowing there was an extended waiting time of 1.5 hrs for it to be delivered. I was able to track my order up until the delivery time given. The page refreshed and stated that my ordered had been cancelled. I attempted calling the store multiple times with no answer. This was complete and utter BS. My days of eating Marcos' over-priced pizza have come to an bitter end. Good riddance!

After being totally insulted and made to feel like my business was a hassle instead of a pleasure at the 33rd and Bryant location, this location stepped up to make it right. I’ve never had a bad pizza from any location but the service at Covell and I35 outshines the other Eden d location 10 times over.
Current but now ex employee of marcos pizza. The store manager Paul should be retrained for atleast a year before running a store. Was verbally abused and YELLED at in front of customers and other employees inside Marcos Pizza. No sense of direction and it seems like sanity. Would NOT recommend going to and/or working for this pizza location. Only positive about the place is your coworkers, not management.

Needs to take some advice from Little Ceasars. Wait time is awful eveytime I order, average 45 minute wait after ordering. Always lie to you about how long it will be. The pizza is almost always sub-par, mostly over cooked. They're lucky they are the only one close by or they'd be out of business, will not be getting pizza from them again.

My family really likes Marco's as far as pizza chains goes. I've usually had good experiences here, but on Sunday the kitchen messed up what I had ordered. I put in a customer feedback response that evening because I was so bummed on the pizza we got, and their GM Paul called me a few times the next day to figure it out and also offered 2 free large pizzas next time we order. He also helped me understand some ways I can input the order to ensure the order is received correctly (like leaving comments, etc.). Overall, I think this location has good customer service and also the pizzas are pretty good for a chain place (compared to pizza hut or others). I think any dissatisfied customers should definitely utilize the feedback system online.
