Tonight 9/5/2025 I pulled in thinking it was drive through order, but it was the pickup lane. We are from out of town and our McAllister's doesn't have a pick up lane so I didn't know. It was close to closing and I asked her if we could order she said sure if we knew what we wanted. I told her what we wanted and she said to pull around. They had our order ready in under 10 min! She was so very nice, her name isn't on the ticket but I wanted someone to know you have excellent staff working at night!!

Ordered a French dip sandwich for pickup. Would have been a decent sandwich...if the bread wasn't burnt. This is the kind of thing that really annoys me as a customer. They MUST have seen this when they made the sandwich, but they decided to serve it anyway....

I am not sure which mcalister's we ordered from. We came Tulsa to my 83 yr old mother we decided to have food delivered. My mom ordered the bacon and avocado, no avocado at was on the sandwich or in a container. I myself ordered the chicken salad on wheat and Ii know for a fact that my 3 year nephew could have definitely put together a better sandwich. It was most definitely the worst presentation of food I have ever gotten. Needless to say we no longer eat at mcalister's in Edmond. Thank the Lord that Tulsa has good mcalister's!

For the past month or so, me and my partner have been utilizing the pick-up option on the app. Since then, we’ve had many problems with the service. They forget items we pay extra for (extra sauce for salads or a pickle), don’t give the correct size side (we ordered a large, got a regular), and the quality of the food seems worse. They seem to be focused on speed, not quality: which I find not appropriate for the price.

Sandwich was ok but they left off the mayo and the spring mix was wilty, gross.
It was busy after church lunch but the help was slow and poor. The young man that waited on me and got my drink, was consistently wiping his nose with a kleenex. Gross!
The restaurant was dirty but the bathroom was disgusting. Toilet paper every where. Sticky floors. Won’t go back here for sure.

We go for drinks a lot. Sweet tea is great, good tea flavor and appropriate sweetness. Never had the regular sweetness but the black cherry lemonade is legit. McAlister's always has great seasonal drinks too. Their sandwiches are delicious. My wife gets either the garden fresh turkey or the turkey French dip. I go for the clubs or the Italian. It's all great.
