Black Angus club samich was awesome. Smokehouse spud with mac n cheese on it was terrible. Mac n cheese doesn't belong on a spud. The other spud order agreed. All 4 meals besides that were good

We ordered food through door dash and this is one of the best places we've had delivered. The food was hot and fresh. It was also delicious. They have a huge selection and we were able to get half a sandwich and a baked potato meal and it was perfect!! The turkey club on the crossiant is so good!! Probably going to be a regular place we order from!!

I ordered to go order and they didn’t include the sauce I had to put ranch because it was soo dry. This is the 3rd they mess up my order. I guess I will have to check the order before I leave.

My wheat-eating family loves to eat here. The French dip is a favorite with a side of Mac n cheese. The cookies are tasty . They don’t have many options for gluten-free.

The food was delicious. We got the spud, but it didn't seen to be cooked long enough, as there were a few spots that was hard.

Had to wait for lady to finish filling the lemonade machine to take my order. Man behind me waiting for a tea refill. So I let him go first. After receiving my order, not one employee stopped to check in to see if I needed anything or a to go box. After about 30 minutes I had to go get one myself. Employees standing there like they had nothing to do.They never came out to check on not even one guest and this place was not busy at all. That’s why I never tip at the register nor feel guilty about it. You can always leave a tip at the table. Guest service just doesn’t stop after taking your money and bringing your food. Not sure what the team lead or manager was doing to direct their employees for follow-up service.

Tonight 9/5/2025 I pulled in thinking it was drive through order, but it was the pickup lane. We are from out of town and our McAllister's doesn't have a pick up lane so I didn't know. It was close to closing and I asked her if we could order she said sure if we knew what we wanted. I told her what we wanted and she said to pull around. They had our order ready in under 10 min! She was so very nice, her name isn't on the ticket but I wanted someone to know you have excellent staff working at night!!

Ordered a French dip sandwich for pickup. Would have been a decent sandwich...if the bread wasn't burnt. This is the kind of thing that really annoys me as a customer. They MUST have seen this when they made the sandwich, but they decided to serve it anyway....
