Good place for a Sandwich , the Sweet Tea is good.
Very quick service. Restaurant was nice and clean. Bathrooms were clean. Food was delicious. Very good experience.
Outstanding customer service. A great place to eat and relax. The people are great.
Very friendly staff! Shift Manager Mace stopped by my table and checked if I needed anything. The definition of world-class customer service! Thank you for the good experience. I always enjoy coming back to this McAllisters.
Good food and affordable.
This place has really gone down hill. Kitchen staff can't even be bothered to chop up the bacon bits into bits there's just bacon chunks in my baked potato soup and kids potatoes and not everything makes it in the bag.
Pros: Good quality food and the tea is excellent. Good customer service, and the staff were friendly. The restaurant was very clean. Good amenities, like hot sauces readily available.
Cons: Portion sizes are way too small for the price. The staff will ask you for a tip on dine-in and to-go orders. With the prices they charge, they should pay their staff more and not make them resort to asking for tips.

Two words... Comfort Food!! Feeds the soul and warms the heart. I really enjoy their Choose 2 option with a half a McAlister's Club Sandwich and a cup of soup or chili, but there are other great choices to choose from. Friendly service, good atmosphere, and great food. It gets pretty busy. We arrived around 11:30 and it wasn't too bad but by noon there was a line of 15 people. They also have larger options, so they're great for office lunches or meeting to cater. You get your monies worth.

Fresh clean food. 99¢ kids meals! Man I wish I was a kid. Love taking my kiddos here. Great tea. Staff I'm so so about. This place gets slammed so understandable they get a little overwhelmed and it shows in their conduct at times and the turn around rate is pretty high. Not a big deal, they do have some good ones. The dining area towards the windows I wish was a little cleaner. I don't like looking at dead flies while I eat. Overall, I'll definitely be back.
Kid-friendliness: Not sure of friendliness.. But 99¢ meals for them is awesome!!!

I've been going to this McAlister's for over 9 years, visiting the restaurant less and less over time as the mistakes kept getting more and more frequent. Now, every time I order, even simple things are messed up. Yesterday, I placed a mobile order for three items, including a spud max with no olives and no sour cream. It came with, you guessed it... olives and sour cream, even though the to-go receipt clearly stated my modifications. In this economy, I can't justify going to a restaurant that makes mistakes every single visit. Save your time and money, and go someplace else.

Was looking forward to a sandwich, but after walking through the filthy glass doors and being greeted by a gross-dirty stench, no thanks. The staff behind the counter leaning on it only added to the bad feeling. Walked out. Dirty and poor service from so many restaurants has become the norm, so eating out is becoming less.

Great food, great price great service! I was with my friend trying to grab dinner before we had some girls time. Dinner slipped my mind so I opted to get a baked potato from Citybits. In traffice and on hold for 15 minutes I gave up and ordered McAlister's in stead. Their potatoe cost less and is bigger. I tried to do City bites again the other day. They put me on forever hold again so I only do McAlisters on 2nd street now.
