We stopped in here tonight just to get a quick snack and the young lady that helped us was so kind. She did not have a name tag on, but she was running food outside to the curb as well as trying to take care of customers in the store. I appreciate her humor and her attention to detail in regards to my ice cream cone. Keep up the good work young lady. I wish I knew your name.

It is sad that you charge more money because of the town you are in and don't even offer the full menu. You make them charge double for a 20 piece. And much more for the rest of your items on the menu that you would in another town. That is in customer's eyes. Price gouging should be illegal. I encourage all Edmond people to not eat at this location. For they are just taking your money because the town we are in. I have not eaten McDonald's and over 8 months. Because every time you make a complaint, no one will reach back out to you. They will never receive any more of my money. Especially for the level of food you get for the amount of money you pay.

The food it thrown together, yet still takes 20 minutes to get it. Thats after the window attendant over charges you for their mistakes and literally asks to keep your change.

The girl that was taking our order, mic on and joking with the other employees, got our order wrong. We repeated our order about 6 times and said that was it and she still asked 4 more times if that was all. And on top of that waited 30 minutes for a drink

This is the slowest McDonalds in Edmond!! No one speaks English! You walk inside for help and practically have to go behind the counter to get someone to help and don’t bother with the drive through, they will ALWAYS park you!
Ordered food from the drive through and received no receipt and they gave my order to another person I told them this and they asked for my receipt but they hadn’t gave me one so I ended up spending money but received no food, i called them up and was told they wouldn’t make me what I payed for and they were rude on the phone, screw this location
