Ordered food from the drive through and received no receipt and they gave my order to another person I told them this and they asked for my receipt but they hadn’t gave me one so I ended up spending money but received no food, i called them up and was told they wouldn’t make me what I payed for and they were rude on the phone, screw this location

Worst Mcdonald’s in Edmond. Every experience is TERRIBLE. Food is wrong or poorly made and employers are rude. I get y’all just hire whoever, but at least hire people with human decency and a bit of education. I mean you people can’t even count how many nuggets to put in a box😭. Please get it together.

Had me wait 20 minutes in the drive thru to get a burger and happy meal. Then I went in and told this girl salice or whatever her name was and she just went to the back and started talking badly about me and someone came to help me. Get rid of that girl salice yall talking bout some 40 year old woman that can’t even handle working at the McDonald’s it’s embarrassing.
Worst ever. Not fast food. Always waiting 20 minutes or more.

Absolutely horrendous. The literal worst. My order was wrong in pretty much every way possible, I received the burger cold, meaning they just threw in some previously made patty without even checking the order! Not to mention the wrong drinks and a number of other complaints! Go to literally any other McDonald’s!

I have yet to have a decent experience here. Order is constantly wrong. They couldn't provide part of my order and since I ordered through the McDonald's app, couldn't give me a refund. Tried to send a "feedback on the app." ABSOLUTELY USELESS. It went to an error message page. There are few people there that are good at their job there. But this location has been horrible since it opened.
