I want to give a huge shout-out to Waffle at the McDonald’s on 1235 N Kelly Ave, Edmond, OK 73003. They messed up my order, but she handled it with amazing customer service. She was kind, fast, and made everything fresh right on the spot. My food came out hot, the fries were perfect, and she even added a side of cookies.

Rowan went above and beyond this morning! They had a great attitude and were working really hard when others were just standing around. I was very impressed with their customer service.
This location is awful. They lost my mobile order (they knew it was placed, but didn't know what I ordered). They also were out of pumpkin cream pies that I already paid for, no refund or alternative was suggested until I insisted on it and received something lesser in value. The sauces that were supposed to come with chicken nuggets were out as well; I requested an alternative, but didn't have it in the bag when I got home. The attitude was that they did nothing wrong. Will avoid this location from now on.

So many bad reviews and I honestly don't know why. Ive been 3 times for breakfast this past week and it's been the best breakfast in a long time and I eat a lot of McDonald's working nights.

They keep forgetting to give us the rest of our food. In this case, two happy meals… it is not the first time it has happened, it is a fight to either get refunded or our food (which we are ok with if they gave it to us). After many times of the same thing happening, I am finally giving a review. I wish they would pay more attention to the orders, and not to have to beg for the food, show them the receipt and what we have… just give us the food.
