The lady at the 2nd window was hands down the rudest person I have dealt with. She never said a word and never bothered to look at me. She looked down until I drove off.
Management needs to address that immediately. And to the owners of this location… this is who is the face of your company. If she doesn’t like dealing with the general public then perhaps she should be moved to a position where she doesn’t have to deal with the public. Or find a job that doesn’t entail customer service skills.

I ordered my food and while I was waiting for my meal, I watched a McDonald's employee walk in carrying 6 pizza boxes, then watched a different employee bring a plate of pizza into the lobby and eat it.
Does that say something about the food here (if the employees don't want to eat it), or is that just incredibly unprofessional? Either way, it was strange.... so I thought I'd share my thoughts...
