The lady at the 2nd window was hands down the rudest person I have dealt with. She never said a word and never bothered to look at me. She looked down until I drove off.
Management needs to address that immediately. And to the owners of this location… this is who is the face of your company. If she doesn’t like dealing with the general public then perhaps she should be moved to a position where she doesn’t have to deal with the public. Or find a job that doesn’t entail customer service skills.

I ordered my food and while I was waiting for my meal, I watched a McDonald's employee walk in carrying 6 pizza boxes, then watched a different employee bring a plate of pizza into the lobby and eat it.
Does that say something about the food here (if the employees don't want to eat it), or is that just incredibly unprofessional? Either way, it was strange.... so I thought I'd share my thoughts...

The food wasn't all that, but it wasn't bad. It kinda made my stomach hurt a little but other than that okay. It is confirmed that there was some trash. I hope this helps but the vanilla ice cream cone is good. Try it

literally the worse mcdonald’s in the area. dining room is always dirty. employees suck and always get orders wrong. it’s almost impossible to get service unless you’re in the drive through.

Placed our order at the kiosk once we walked in. Nobody at the counter and no customers except a couple of cars already going through the drive-thru.
We went to have a seat, and this is where it all began. The place was a pigsty. All the tables are sticky with trash everywhere. The gentleman who came in after us with his child even made a note of it to us. You couldn't touch the tables at all. The drink machines were a wreck and didn't look like they'd been cleaned in a while. The floors were gross. Can't even imagine what the back where our food is, is like! This is when we decided to go ahead and to-go with our food.
The other man managed to get one employee to take his order up front and that was the one and only employee we ever see the entire time we're there!
So the 4 of us waited for our orders. Right in front of the cash registers, couldn't miss us if you tried. Where the workers were hiding no one knows because you could hear the drive-thru being attended to and fries being tossed.
The other man could see his food sitting there 15 minutes after his order was taken and continued to sit on the back counter being ignored. He managed to finally flag someone down after his 20-minute wait and get his meal so his daughter could eat but he was NOT happy. We weren't either.
We didn't even get the common courtesy of having part of our food made at all. Wasn't like we ordered a complicated meal. 6-piece chicken nuggets happy meal, plain regular cheeseburger, a plain double bacon cheeseburger meal, with 2 sweet teas, chicken strips, and honey for dipping sauce.
My husband had to again wait and flag down an employee and explain why he wanted his money back and not the food! WERE YOU REALLY TRYING TO CHARGE US FOR AIR?!?! During this, the other gentleman stated we had even come before him!
The employee then did 6 laps around the building because he couldn't locate the manager. When the manager finally came upfront evidently they didn't even know how to void a ticket let alone refund us our money! Another 10 minutes of waiting for a refund because he had to do it one item by one. SERIOUSLY!?!
If only negative stars existed this store and had earned it!

Don't expect really anything from McDonald's and was still disappointed. Employees basically all need fired. I get they don't get paid enough to care but the service was downright rude and disrespectful. Horrible customer service skills. Was ignored in drive thru for over 5 minutes and had to go inside to place an order. And the inside is a disgusting mess, can't even tell if they clean the place or not. Sticky floors and tables, disgusting. From now on will be driving the extra few miles to go to a different location. Absolutely pathetic embarrassment to the company.
