The nuggets & fries are always overcooked & hard, I'm afraid to let my toddler eat them. I see alot of young kids that just need a job at this location, more then likely don't care to be there but for goodness sake stop leaving the fries in the fryer to overcook When it beeps please take them out immediately.

Order simple items through mobile app. Gave ample time before arriving. Pull up wait. Only to be handed 3 burnt fries and missing 1 sandwich. Told to pull up and wait again. Out of maybe a dozen visits to this location not one time was everything normal. I'll start driving further to get good food from another location.

the WORST mcdonald’s in edmond. waited 25 minutes for mobile order at curbside just for the male staff to argue with me that my order was placed for “front counter” when clear as day on my app showed pickup curbside with the number. staff always argues and is rude. I will say the older manager lady is super sweet and gives cookies/pies to make up for long waits or rude staff.

Not open 20 minutes after scheduled opening time. Seems they may now be under same mgmt as the Danforth and Kelly store!
Food was raw, fries were salty as hell, worst place in Edmond, will never return and hope everyone else stays clear for your health!

Place seems to be under construction but no signs to indicate that. Fries were hot. But the rest of the food was cold. Asked for extra pickles on my sandwich and got a total of Two small pickles stacked on top of each other on one side of the sandwich

Going thru the drive thru. Told to park in #3 waiting. 14 cars drive thru w their order while we wait for a quarter pounder and a chicken sandwich. I go in and no one comes to work the front, but they do keep taking food out to other customers. 5 min later a guy walks out with food he takes to our car. I go out and he leaves. We open it up and the chicken sandwich looks, tastes, and has the consistency of a yesterday leftover. I literally have to pull/rip/tear the buns with my teeth to take a bite. In other words, couldn't just bite the sandwich as you'd expect. The sandwich was so stale I couldn't finish it. The chicken was also a processed patty, not what is shown in the menu photo. Most gross and putrid fast food I've ever had - and we eat something from McD's at least once a week. Worst fast food experience EVER.
Parking: Plenty of parking, more than will ever be needed.
