I went through the drive through tonight and all was fine, they forgot one of my sauces so I go inside to get it and stand at the counter while 3 girls in the kitchen have their back turned to me giggling, until a worker walks out of the bathroom and helps me.
Then I get home and open my Bacon Quarter Pounder to find 0 bacon. For the third time now.

I came to the drive thru at 10:50 when the website says they close at midnight. They told me they closed early due to “running out of food” which was a lie since they took the order of the car in front of me and I didn’t even want food. This location had disappointed me before but nothing like flat out lying, which is ridiculous.

Our food was hot when we finally got it. I think our order was pretty standard, a Grinch meal deal and a McDouble meal. It took more than 10 minutes to receive our food for dine-in. Meanwhile the Uber orders and Drive Thru orders were flying. Like I said, food was standard, nothing wrong, it just seemed to take a really long time. This was around 1:30pm. Haven’t been to McDonald’s in a few months, probably won’t make a point to come back soon.

We waited a very long time for our order and they gave us old hard food. Literally couldn't even eat the French fries and nuggets they were that hard. We were also missing all 4 of our monopoly pieces we were supposed to get. What a waste of $30 very disgusted.
I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes easily. This is supposed to be fast food, so the convenience of that was mute. I might as well have gone to a sit down restaurant and got something a lot healthier. If I hadn't already paid for my items I would have jetted out of that line 10/15 minutes into it and that's generous of my time and the time of others. They should have been handing out some type of coupon or something to each car that waited that long. It really was a long time probably more like 40 minutes.
