This mcdonald's sucks. They dont have a nice lobby, the food wasn't good, and the people who served us were rude and told us we weren't as important as their drive-through customers. They didn't care that we were drive through customers because they had us pull away from the window so we could wait for 15 minutes for food they weren't bringing to us. They gave us attitude for walking in to find out where our food was.

The chicken strips were overcooked but everything else was hot and cooked correctly. We got the correct order without waiting. The only thing I wished they asked us was if we needed sauce as I had no honey for my nuggets.

Every time I go in there it doesn't matter what time of day or what day of the week I go in there their fries are always cold and nasty and they throw your s*** together send you on your way like you're nothing but a number
It was interesting to find the manager, working the front area. Not just taking orders, but relating to customers, bussing the eating area, and cleaning the drink booth. Great Example of one's pride of self and store.

Customer service here is a despair .. order a coffee like I usually do 2x a day . The lady at the window handed me this , and I asked her why it looked like that and she said “that’s how it’s made” . She was upset that I showed her my older coffee (from McDonald’s an hour ago) and she threw a fit & proceeded to yell if I want it remade I need to pull forward and wait. So I pulled forward and waited , finally went inside and they did remake it PROPERLY. Overall they were snarky and rude over their mistake .. definitely won’t be back to this location.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. They went the extra mile for our needs with a smile on their faces. They made the food right & didn't skip on the lettuce. Yay for me! 😆 One of the best McDonald's I've been to!
