In the drive thru they handed my food to the car in front of me who was holding his dog in his hand he went thru my bag and gave it back to them I told them to make it fresh they had an attitude and say it’s okay he didn’t eat it and they didn’t remake it they had me pull up and the food was cold

When having mechanical issues they try their best to fix it even while in the middle of lunch rush, sure you may have to wait a bit longer, but the quality is still as you expect from a McDonald's honorable fastfood place.

We placed a mobile dine in order, got our food withing like 2 minutes. Great for a family with littles! Everything was accurate in our order and tasted fresh. We asked to switch one of our sonic toys and the manager did it happily and actually brought us a couple extra! The dining room person also came to check on and chat with us for a minute as well. Highly recommend!

The food was good and the staff were fine but there isn’t a changing table for babies which I have never encountered in a McDonald’s. Had to do a car change for our little one.

I think McDonald's has the best coffee. I will die on this hill. It's economical and delicious, we chose McDonald's coffee over "the other" brand everyday of the week. Our favorite is the mocha, hot or iced.

I'm a delivery driver. I will never give McDonald's my money for political reasons. I asked for a cup of water and they wanted to charge me for it.
I'm your delivery partner and if I have accepted a job for y'all and I don't have any water left in my car I'd sure appreciate the beverage. I really hope McDonald's doesn't charge their employees for cups. If they do that's BS and I'm sorry you have to work for a company that values it's employees and partners so little.

If you want to be mistreated by staff go to this location. The female manager that was working the morning shift (8:30) on October 8th needs to be fired. I ordered fries (apparently they don’t serve fries in the morning, but I wouldn’t know that bc I don’t work there & don’t eat out often). The person who took my order didn’t say this and verbally confirmed my order back, so did the young man at the window where I paid. When I got to the food window I got a sprite not a fry. The manager rudely comes to the window and asked me “what’s the problem” I was confused because idk what is the problem? lol I didn’t order a sprite. She rudely says “well we don’t serve fries in the morning”….(instead of offering a hash brown instead or a refund she continued to lecture me on the fact that they don’t serve fries and was very combative) it was obvious she was on a power trip and wanting any opportunity to argue. I would have been perfectly fine if she offered a refund or a hash brown. But instead I was berated and demeaned and bullied. She then lied to my face by saying that she knows I ordered a sprite bc she took my order which was a lie bc a Hispanic lady took my order. She was more hung up on being right then just giving good customer service and kindness and apologizing and trying to come up with a solution. If you don’t like people or feel the need to be combative and bully others, you’re probably not the best fit to work in public service. Lots of people need jobs right now, there’s a million other people that are a better fit than this lady. I won’t support a business whose employees enjoy bullying their customers.

They always take a long time to attend and they make mistakes and want to give you whatever they want. If they lack staff they should close the place because being there for 20 or 30 minutes for food that is supposed to be fast is too long and once you get in line there is no way to get out if the cars don't move forward.

Okay basic mc donalds food, but what was the most amazing part was the service I've never net such nice McDonald's workers abd they where happy and working as a team. It was truly amazing to see felt like I was in a chickflay yall that's how nice they where. After bring our food out they came by a min later to ask us how it was and make sure we had the best experience
