Ordered mobile, pulled to the order window and no one answered for 8 min while other cars went by. Pulled up they took my code and I pulled to the second window. They gave me the wrong order, gave me my “correct” order, but still wrong as they left cheese on the burger, gave me a third bag, checked and looked like no cheese and drove off. Well in fact they just smushed it to one side where I didn’t unwrap. Also forgot all my sauces cause they were in the first bag and I was too annoyed to notice in the third bag.

The worst I've ever seen it! First one in drive through sixth one out of drive through. They kept getting my order wrong. But service was not the bad part. The fries tasted like they were cooked in days old oil and my chicken sandwich was slapped together sauce was on the side of the sandwich, lettuce was too.

This location is always friendly. They always speak to me when I come in to pickup my mobile order. Even though I pickup once every couple of weeks, they remember me. Always good to see a friendly face.
I can't stand when the employee upgrades your order without you requesting for it. Then catches a attitude because I told him that's not what I ordered. It's my money and I know what I can and cannot eat and/or drink. I'm not about to pay for something I didn't order. Customer service be horrible at McDonald's. They already have some franchises charging extra money for a drink that comes with the meal. Pay attention to your receipts.

Not sure what crack heads were working on October 11th at 10pm but absolutely the worst experience of any restaurant ? I have had with my 52 years on this earth! Not sure if it was dysfunction of customers in the drive through or absolute morons working but OMFG god awful in every way shape fashion or form!
