On a whim we popped into the drive thru of McDonald's....I know why I never eat this kinda food.....its not real food....the fries were disgusting, unsalted. We were missing an item....good thing we checked the bag before leaving. They also don't give you ketchup, napkins etc unless you ask for it! Good help is hard to find! Does anybody take pride in their job??

Every time I go through the drive through after ordering my food online, this location messes up my order and they WILL NOT answer the phone if you try calling. There’s nothing worse than getting home and realizing your child’s food is not in the bag. Honestly, just so annoying. Do yourself a favor and go up the road to a different location.

Honestly, this was a pretty frustrating visit to this McDonald’s. One of the employees, a woman who was on her phone the whole time, was literally cursing into it and not paying attention to customers. It delayed everything and made me late, and I couldn’t even pay or get my order sorted out properly because of the distraction. Really not the kind of service I’d expect.

Never personally had any problems with the food! Fries are warm and crispy. The staff are very friendly. Pam is especially friendly and efficient in getting our order right.

I placed a mobile order for large fries at 11:42 (yes i understand they close at 12am, i usually am not that person to be placing an order so close to closing) Anna & Jacob were so kind to still give me fresh fries. They could’ve just ignored me in the drive thru because it was literally closing time but they didn’t. i would not have been mad if they did! 😂 i even offered to cancel my order because again, i really am not that person. I got fresh fries & it was so nice & crispy. I appreciate Jacob and Anna!!

This location is a hit or miss. My most recent visit was definitely a miss. I parked since the nuggets weren't ready, but I think they forgot about me. Everyone behind me got their meals before I did, even the guy parked directly behind me, and when I finally got my food, 10 minutes later, my fries were ice cold. I do not mind waiting for fresh food. The wait was not the biggest issue. It was the ice cold fries, and by that time, I was over it and chose not to go inside to swap them out. I've experienced other visits when the food was fresh at this location, but once again, I had a hit or miss.
