Why is it when asking for extra pickles on a cheese burger I get 3!? Extra pickles should be 3x what they usually put on. Pickles don't cost that much. This happens every time I order extra pickles! Why!!!

Came at 6pm on Friday December 27th. Dine in is empty except for 1 table finishing. Ordered on the kiosk, very easy and sat down. Food is delivered. Toppings on the burgers was minimal at best and non existent on the McRib. There is no drink machine to get your own, nor can you get condiments or napkins. The tables were all dirty and hand been serviced. When I went to ask for ketchup and later a refill I was ignored by the entire staff after making eye contact with them. My task was only accomplished because I raised my voice and asked directly for it. While the food was good, the rest of the experience was lousy. I don't expect much from a McDonald's, but this one failed to live up to even meager standards. Skip this one and go to a different location.

I came for breakfast and ordered through the automated kiosk. My food was delivered after an unusually long time and it was cold, the eggs were hard from being overdone and in stead of the black coffee I ordered I got a cup of tepid cream with a taste of coffee. To make matters worse, no plastic utensils or syrup were included. I asked the woman at the counter for a fork and she questioned why. I had to ask her if she meant for me to eat with my fingers. Then she gave me a fork but not in the usual package with syrup, salt etc. Obviously I will not return to that location.

Ordered 8 McChicken sandwiches with NO lettuce. The label was no lettuce. Unfortunately, no one can actually read the label because every one had shredded lettuce. It wasn’t that hard to get it right, guess for them it was.
I placed a breakfast order on the app at 10:10am and arrived at 10:29am, but they didn't have my food ready. They told me they couldn't make my food and instead offered me a different breakfast item instead. I went ahead and accepted it, but I wasn't super happy with the quality. I wish I had known that they wouldn't start cooking my order until I got there. Not a great experience altogether, but I appreciate their efforts to correct it.
