I feel as though the lady who worked there doesn't like her job. she didn't speak to us and when she did the only thing she says was how much the stuff cost when we were checking out. I watched her treat several other customers the same way no greeting no smile. The lady got zero Stars and the ice cream got two stars because of the lady

If you want icecream or frozen yogurt, go to Menchie's! You get to pick your own flavors and toppings, and they have a ton of options! They way to pay is one of the best parts. They weigh your wonderful creation(s) and how much it weighs is the price. (Don't worry I also don't know how they do it) This place is family friendly and everyone is nice!

Just went around 1 o’clock today. Extremely rude lady working. She sighed at us every time we opened the door and was not friendly whatsoever. Even small children were upset with her attitude. Will not be coming back.

I've been to Menchie's many times over the years. It's the only froyo place like it around. The yogurt is just ok, it's more about the fun of mixing flavors, especially for kids.

My daughter and I come here often and love the frozen yogurt and selection of toppings! But yeah, as several others have stated… there’s an employee who seems to always be working when we come in and she is not exactly suited for customer interaction. I always tip her despite it and she doesn’t even slightly acknowledge it. Sigh, oh well.
