I am one that normally doesn't write reviews but had to after such an awful experience. We had a large room booked and confirmed through email for 3 weeks (not mentioning how many times I had to email and call to get the booking.) We show up at our time and the place is completely empty with one worker behind the bar. We say that we are here for our reservation and all he answers was that he doesn't speak english (which is completely fine I just need to find someone that does.) He gives us a number to call for a manager to help sort it out and the manager doesn't answer the phone. With the help of google translate we were able to learn that the whole place was rented out for the night and our reservation was canceled. I can't comment on the karaoke or drinks but the business itself seems very unprofessional. My suggestion for anyone booking is confirming multiple times with them before coming because obviously one confirmation email isn't enough.
