If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Service was so amazing but it was comfortably sized enough so it felt cozy. Food was AMAZING! couldn't get enough of it. Reasonably priced for the portions. in LOVE with NASHBIRD!!

The taste of the chicken sandwich was DELICIOUS!! But the breading was really thick and gummy gummy and fried chicken should never be in the same sentence ??But I will say the fries and pickle ranch really came thru!! Loves them

I am leery of a place with no customers at 1:15 pm, but there is no service you order and they bring your food to your table the food was decent but overpriced for what you get and if you add anything they charge you without saying a word will NOT return.

The food was pretty good. i got the jumbo chicken stripes, with onion rings. The strips are actually quite big. However, some of the onion rings slip out of the coatingThe service was okay, kind of what you'd expect from a fast food place. I did go when kt was dead, so maybe that played into it.

The service was incredibly considerate and helpful. The food was phenomenal and the best sand which I’ve had in a long time. If your looking for a good chicken sandwhich, good sides, good ranch, or great service, this is the place to go!

I got the lunch special with the kickin' seasoning. The seasoning was hot but not so hot that it drained out the flavor. The restaurant was clean and the staff was attentive to cleaning up tables after people left.

I've ordered from this location twice: once for dine in, and once for to go mobile order. Both times I was very disappointed.Every other Nashbird location in the metro serves hot, fresh, flavorful food. Both times I've come here, there was almost no spice on the chicken (very bland and dry), and it was lukewarm. For mobile order I can understand, but for dine in, there isn't a good reason to have lukewarm food. And there is no good reason to be under saucing/spicing for either.The fries were also pretty old, stale, and flavorless.The service was faster than Ive experienced at other locations, but seemingly at the cost of quality. Definitely won't be returning to this location.

Parking: There is a lot behind the building and about 10 spots in the front. The spaces are all shared with other nearby businesses.
Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu has three options. Mac N Cheese, Grilled Cheese, and Nuggets.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are two handicapped parking spaces on the south side of the building, and all doors have ramps going up to them.

Awesome little chicken joint. The chicken , itself, are premium juicy tenders. The breading and spices you can add are flavorful. If you have folks in your family that like it hot. They definitely make "melt your face" hot ? they also have not hot flavors.

I’m not the one to leave reviews but Miss Trudy blew up my charts for service. The food was fried instead of grilled like requested and she immediately had it remade and corrected the problem with no complaints and a smile on her face. She made sure to come check back with us to see if there was anything else she could do. 10/10 service. She explained the menu to us promptly and explained the heat levels in depth. I will return because of her.

Want to Complain about a tip! Well I want to Complain about a $43 order for 2 sandwiches with a side of 10 fries each. The Bacon was burnt black and There was barely any macaroni On my sandwich. The chicken was good but the size of the chicken is about the size you would find at McDonald's.

Placed an online order modified some of the sandwiches and they completely ignored the requests and gave us plain chicken sandwiches with zero toppings that we paid extra for no cole slaw included for either sandwich one missing cheese and baconWe opted to remove lemon mayo and they added it to both sandwiches $40 for two meals that were completely incorrect. You can’t simply ignore upgrades made to orders that people pay extra for.
