Food is alright for the price. The General Tsos and the Beef and Broccali are always hit or miss, but the Fried Wontons aren't bad.

Never have I ever been yelled at as a customer ordering from an establishment. I ordered an item to go and when it was time to pay I asked the older woman at the register if they accepted sales tax exempt. She immediately snapped at me raising her voice saying “NO!” I then proceeded to show her my sales tax exempt card in case she was confused about what I asked and again she raised her voice and snapped at me “NO! WE DONT DO SALES TAX EXEMPT HERE!!”. I informed her calmly saying “all ran businesses in Oklahoma have to accept sales tax exempt” and her response was once again raising her voice saying “WE DONT DO THAT HERE!” I told her “you don’t have to be rude, it’s not necessary” she kept yelling “NO!” I said “I will not be ordering anything from here. You shouldn’t have been rude” she huffed and walked back to the kitchen saying things I didn’t understand. I was very shocked to have been treated like this today. I’m not sure what her issue was as I was so nice and grateful they were open today for what I needed. This is my 1st and last time coming here.
As for this business I will be reporting you to the Oklahoma Tax Commission office that you rudely willingly and knowingly denied my sales tax exempt card.
(In the state of Oklahoma all businesses by law have to abide and accept sales tax exemption. By law if they deny someone the business will be fined up to $500 as stated in Title 68 Section 1361.1 of the “Publication D Oklahoma Sales Tax Exempt Vendor Liability”)

Just started ordering from here, and I enjoyed it but... I just got rotten seafood, in a dish that wasn't supposed to have any seafood in it.Like, black and brown and green crab pieces, and my god the smell.

Always get the Moo Sho Pork. Spring Rolls are amazing. Better than the other Great Walls. I used to live by it years ago . Stopped in a week ago. Still as good as I remembered. Eaten here for years. And, I love it!

We actually were looking to order a soup and a fried rice but my wife got confused with the long list of options in the menu and accidentally ordered sweet and sour chicken. And we checked it after reaching home. But it was totally worth it. We've stuffed ourselves with it. Especially the sweet and sour sauce. There was loads of it. The fried rice was great too but I'm craving for the sweet and sour chicken just writing about it.

My wife and I thought it was good food for a great price. I had the Hunan Beef with egg roll my wife had sweet and sour chicken with egg roll. Could not eat all of it because it was a dinner size portion for lunch.

This is the 2nd time I bought the cashier trying to over charge me for Items. Like I can't read the amount. And she gets mad when I correct her she's a real B. The food is good.

Bad food. Bad service. Better places out there.
There are two Great Wall restaurants in Edmond, this one being at 1020 Santa Fe. Last night was our first time eating/doing pickup here. We had egg drop soup with crunchy noodles garnish (usual type available at most Asian diners), crab rangoon which was smaller than usual in a simple triangle shape, Mongolian beef, with fried rice which is upcharged $1.50 to be ‘fried’, and mixed vegetable chow mein with white rice, mostly broccoli, some mushrooms, snow peas, bok choy and a couple of 3/4” bites baby corn all in brown sauce – everything was very tasty. When looking online for menus I found two that had different alpha-numeric labels (A1, B2, etc.) and pricing that conflicted with each other. Upon calling in order I found everything was more expensive, so some (older?) online websites need to be updated/deleted so as not to be confusing. The website link on this TripAdvisor page only goes to a Facebook page which shows no updates since Dec. 2020 and does not list the current website for online orders which does have current pricing (I am not allowed to include the correct website for some odd reason, so good luck). A current menu was attached to our order which was nice. We will be back!
This used to have great food, i dont know what happened, but the seasame chicken was dry and crunchy and had no flavor, the egg rolls were dry like they were two days ole. Did your cook quit? cause whoever was cooking is aweful. they even had their kids taking orders and doing the cash register. I saw a women in the kitchen guess what she cant cook. hire someone quick. or if your cook was ill, take lessons from your orginal cook and learn how. worst meal i've had in a long long time. the noodles were good the soup was good. but that doesn't say much does it. it tasted like they cooked it yesterday so they would have enough for left overs. dont do that. it drys out fast. and no taste,
Manager is extremely rude. Ordered food here multiple time and I have no complaints but it definitely not the best. On the other hand check you items. When I received my order my lo mein was missing and owner refused to give it to me missing items as if I somehow pulled it out. Lol…. Extremely rude, just a heads up as customer service is below the bar. Would definitely ot be going back as there are many business owners who are looking for customers and treat them faily. Would give 0 stars if I could.
I've been eating here for the past year and let me just say that I haven't been to Panda Express anymore. Food is super delicious! I love their general tso's chicken. They serve large portions. The pic above is from one order of general tso's chicken and it fills me and my wife up! Oh they also have the best crab ragoons!!
