Original post: Visited the Covell location today where the window worker threw a fit that I didn't leave a tip.
Then preceeded to serve me food with plastic paper melted into it.
I brought the food inside and asked a for a refund. From the minute I walked in the door it was comical to them because they PURPOSEFULLY did it in the first place. I walk in and a worker laughed at me and yelled loudly as I opened the door and stepped inside, what's wrong with you?
I approached the counter and emptied the bag out to show another worker the food, where they said they would give me a refund.
The girl who threw the fit at the window, walked off with two others and began laughing and whispering looking towards me. They continued this the entire time I was waiting quietly for my refund.
They refused to give me the original receipt I asked for and they never gave in the drive thru either. 2 of the workers continued laughing at me. I asked the one giving the refund if there was something funny about this, as it seemed to be a joke to the employees. And one of the girls laughing spoke up loudly and said "yes it is very funny" while looking at me aggressively. I'm not quite sure what I did to get treated this way this morning.
I checked my bank statement and have visited this store 4 times in a week and a half period. I would say I am a frequent customer. To be treated this way by employees is absurd. And why, because I didn't leave a tip at the window? That is where this all started, then intentionally putting the paper/plastic in to melt on someone's food and then laughing about it? That is absurd!
I would be embarrassed if I were the owner of this establishment. The behavior today was immature and ridiculous.

Something is always missing on my sandwich. I order the 4 cheese that comes with Lettuce and tomato. They always forget one of the only 2 veggies it comes with.

Most of the time - great. They really worked on not running out on bagels. But please please please read this - I ordered a sweet bagel and cream cheese set and it tasted like onion and vegetables. I really don’t know any human that wants their sweet morning treat to taste like onions. This is a simple fix – have a sweet knife and spreadable and a savory knife, and spreadable - please fix - that’s a common sense thing folks.

Best bagels in town, far better than Panera Bread. We ordered a plain bagel and an Asiago Bagel with cream cheese. Both were easy to eat and were not to firm or chewy. Customer service has always been great and the cashiers are friendly and helpful. When we needed more time to look over the menu they actually handed us a paper menu so we didn't have to stare up at the elevated menu which was nice, especially since my wife was in a wheelchair. The location might look small from the outside but there are plenty of tables and seating options both inside and outside. The far back corner even has a cozy fake fireplace which is nice if you want to sit around and enjoy your coffee or chat with friends. They even have public restrooms.
Parking: Large shared business parking lot that extends west and always has plenty of places to park.
Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious enough to maneuver a wheelchair around the restaurant. The tables have movable chairs enable to accommodate a wheelchair.

A fantastic spot for a quick breakfast! They boil their bagels before baking them, which makes them dense and chewy. That’s how the New Yorkers do it, so it must be the right way! The staff here is super friendly, and they know my usual order by now (it’s the Avocado Sunrise, which I highly recommend!). They’re most famous for their bagels, but the coffee is great, too (especially their seasonal drinks)! They also have been accommodating when I’m here with a group, and they always go the extra mile!

I placed a delivery order for an avocado sunrise bagel with no egg sub sausage. I received a bagel with no avocado and egg on it. I’m very disappointed as they have been messing up my order the last few times I have placed it. The avocado sunrise bagel is more expensive than a regular breakfast bagel and I paid extra for an incorrect bagel.

Over it’s not bad - it’s okay. Counter help could use some coaching. Food was okay - bagel was indeed very fresh and good. I just remember going years ago and being much more satisfied with food drive and atmosphere….
