Most of the time - great. They really worked on not running out on bagels. But please please please read this - I ordered a sweet bagel and cream cheese set and it tasted like onion and vegetables. I really don’t know any human that wants their sweet morning treat to taste like onions. This is a simple fix – have a sweet knife and spreadable and a savory knife, and spreadable - please fix - that’s a common sense thing folks.

Best bagels in town, far better than Panera Bread. We ordered a plain bagel and an Asiago Bagel with cream cheese. Both were easy to eat and were not to firm or chewy.
Customer service has always been great and the cashiers are friendly and helpful. When we needed more time to look over the menu they actually handed us a paper menu so we didn't have to stare up at the elevated menu which was nice, especially since my wife was in a wheelchair. A fantastic spot for a quick breakfast!
They boil their bagels before baking them, which makes them dense and chewy.
That’s how the New Yorkers do it, so it must be the right way!
The staff here is super friendly, and they know my usual order by now (it’s the Avocado Sunrise, which I highly recommend!).
They’re most famous for their bagels, but the coffee is great, too (especially their seasonal drinks)!
