This is a NYC style bagel and bagel sandwich shop which has a handful of branches around OKC including three locations in Edmond. You can find them at W. Covell, S. Coltrane and N. Penn. Opening hours are roughly 6am to 3pm (weekdays) and 7am to 3pm (weekends). \n\nI stopped by and enjoyed a pretty good Avo Surprise on Everything bagel. Americano coffee was also good. Most of the time - great. They really worked on not running out on bagels. But please please please read this - I ordered a sweet bagel and cream cheese set and it tasted like onion and vegetables. I really don’t know any human that wants their sweet morning treat to taste like onions. This is a simple fix – have a sweet knife and spreadable and a savory knife, and spreadable - please fix - that’s a common sense thing folks.

Best bagels in town, far better than Panera Bread. We ordered a plain bagel and an Asiago Bagel with cream cheese. Both were easy to eat and were not to firm or chewy.
Customer service has always been great and the cashiers are friendly and helpful. When we needed more time to look over the menu they actually handed us a paper menu so we didn't have to stare up at the elevated menu which was nice, especially since my wife was in a wheelchair.
