Love the food here. I know the owners - they are very hard-working. highly recommend five stars!
So, I just had to leave this so management could see but what is this? Lol
When I tell you I was so excited for my 7$ breakfast bagel and opened this I was like “huh?”
$8 with tip.
I haven’t been to OSBC since high school over ten years ago. I had high hopes, but is this the norm? In other cities this is not what I have seen, there’s substance in the other places sandwiches. This is a joke right? I was sooo hungry so ofc I ate it. But come on
Side note: I got a jalapeño bagel, there were maybe like three tiny pieces of jalapenos… basically none on the bagel so that was also weird

Good quick bite for bagel sandwiches. Make sure you ask for cream cheese when you order if you want it on your breakfast sandwich or the will upcharge you to get it after your sandwiches are made.

We won’t be returning to this Old School Bagel location, even though it’s the most convenient to our home. We used to visit regularly for breakfast, but in three of our last five visits, our food orders were completely wrong. Each time, we had to return to the counter, and we were never alone. Customers from the drive-thru were constantly walking in with messed-up or switched orders.
During our visit today, I watched a customer open his bagel, realize it wasn’t his, and take it back to the counter. An employee then handled the food with bare hands and placed it into another customer’s bag. That’s a serious food safety issue, and no one behind the counter seemed to think it was a problem.
Communication also seems to be a challenge here. According to the manager, Heath, many of the errors stem from language barriers among staff, which appears to contribute to the frequent mix-ups.
Even when orders are clearly wrong, the staff rarely apologize, and you won’t receive any kind of comp or acknowledgment for the mistake or the long wait. There’s no sign that this location values its customers. After repeated bad experiences, it’s clear to us that Old School Bagel has shown no appreciation for our continued business, so we’ll no longer give them ours. It’s just plain terrible customer service.
We’ve been to every OSB location in the OKC metro, and this is the only one with these issues. Other locations, like the north Edmond store on Covell run by Sonny Yocum, are well-managed and have strong community support. He’s even expanded his business. That clearly shows this isn’t a brand-wide problem—it’s a management problem specific to this store.
With a new Einstein Bros Bagels opening just a few miles away in the coming days, the owner here should be seriously rethinking how this place is run. This location already has the lowest review score of any Old School Bagel in the area, and it’s not hard to see why. The proof is out there for anyone to see, and it speaks for itself.

The food was good enough. The staff is young and need more experience/training. There were tables that needed clearing.

This location is nice and clean. The service was fast. They have gluten-free options which I like. But it’s a prepackaged Udi’s bagel and it’s plain so it’s nothing special. It would be nice to have more options. But I liked the Nutella and cream cheese spread. Will probably go again at some point when I need a bagel fix.

First time going, picked up an online order. Went through the drive through, was a line but moved quickly. I got the sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, it was delicious.

Absolutely infuriating. I come here every single week and order the same thing: turkey avocado on an everything bagel, warmed. Without fail. This morning, I placed my usual order, and somehow ended up with egg, tomato, avocado, and cheese — a combo I’ve never even heard of, let alone ordered.
I called the store hoping they’d make it right with a refund or credit. Instead? I was told to bring the bagel back. Seriously? I’m already at work. Then I was TOLD I ordered something I didn't even know existed. Gaslighting over a bagel? Really?
Keep the $12. I’ll make my own sandwiches from now on and avoid the weekly hassle. You’ve lost a loyal customer due to careless service and dismissive customer care. Do better.

Only had plain and everything bagels to choose from. Cinnamon roll was hard and stale. Service was sub par. Do not recommend

Food was good, came out quick, not sure where the other reviews are coming from. The service was great and it's comparable to the one on Covell.
