Ok so I've passed this new location many a times since I've been to the other one on covell and Kelly. This one is like an upscale/ modern version of an Einstein bagel place, it's very simple in nature without a billion things on the walls to distract one's adhd mind haha. Love the ability to get breakfast and lunch anytime, got the avocado sunrise with a jalapeño cream cheese add. The bagel basically melts in your mouth, absolutely delicious! The customer service was very professional and didn't push me to get anything considering I had just woken up when I ordered haha. Next time I'm getting the meat lovers bagel after I book an appointment at the urgent care next door hahaha. Y'all check this place out cause I definitely see it being a place I'll take my family too more often.

Stopped by drive thru this morning 1/19/24 and ordered a cinnamon raison Bagel with plain cream cheese. Once I got to work and took the Bagel out of the bag I realized they totally forgot to put any cream cheese on there. It was just the Bagel... I did notice it looked like they were training someone so maybe it was error the new employee accidentally did but that was still a bit frustrating for me. Wasted money...

I hate leaving a horrible review! But I had enough this place is horrible. I work down the street and I always pick up a bagel before work and they always get my order wrong! People are kind and it’s a very clean place but they need it to get it together. As much as I love the bagels I’m not going back.

Honestly super disappointed in this location. I LOVE the Old School Bagel on Covell & the one on Coltrane, but this one was a massive let down. Whenever I was in the drive-through, whoever was on the other end had the worst attitude I’ve ever dealt with at any restaurant / fast food place. I arrived there early in the morning and she told me they didn’t have anything that I asked for. They don’t do “lunch portions” on any of the bagels and the avocado tastes like it came out of a plastic container. Didn’t even finish my bagel. Super disappointing.

Bagels are okay. Not as good as before the rebrand. Service is acceptable, but could be better. I ask for an asiago bagel. They're out but recommended a cheddar jalapeno.Fine, but wait, they're out. And they're out of jalapeno, and basically everything else, multiple hours before closing.So let's get a drink. Too bad, they're low on Pepsi syrup so you can't get the drink you actually want.There's potential, because the bagel you do end up getting isn't too bad, so I give two stars instead of one. I want the REAL Old School Bagel back.

This place kind of confused me! First off they have two different logos. So the branding makes me think it is a new place from outside, but on the inside everything has the old logo. So then I expect the old menu. It is a new menu with far less items. The Bagels taste fine, but all of them seem very uniform in shape. So this place is purely built on fast food style speed. The prices are good and the food is decent. Use this as a quick bite for the morning commute. Enjoy!
