Went in today to celebrate my mother in laws birthday. As soon as you walk into the restaurant the overwhelming smell of urine hits you right in the nose. That’s not even the worst part. I went to use the bathroom and when I flushed, water sprayed several feet out of the toilet completely covering me in toilet water head to toe, face, hair, mouth…. When I went up front to ask to speak with a manager I was told after the girl went to the back that “they were slammed in the back” I continued to wait and was asked again if I wanted to speak to someone and when I said yes I was told again that they were busy. When the manager finally came up front I was told that “it’s never happened before, do you want your food to go” I get that maybe it’s never happened before but it happened now and the lack of understanding and urgency for what happened is disgusting behavior by the staff there.

We had quit going to Outback several years ago because of quality and service.
We actually chose this as a last resort late one evening. We were hoping for the best with few expectations.
When I say we were shocked, it’s an understatement!
The steak was cooked to perfection, and the service was excellent.

I had high expectations going into Outback Steakhouse, especially being a place known for its steaks—but unfortunately, the experience fell short. I ordered a steak and asked for it to be cooked a specific way. When it arrived, it was undercooked and not what I asked for. I politely sent it back, hoping it would be fixed, but to my surprise, it came back the same as before—still not properly cooked.

What made this even more disappointing is that the service itself was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the visit. It’s unfortunate that the kitchen couldn’t deliver the quality you’d expect from a steakhouse.

For a restaurant that specializes in steaks, the execution simply wasn’t there. Great service can only go so far when the main dish misses the mark. Overall, I left disappointed and unsure if I’d return.

The kids chicken strips should be called the kids chicken slivers, we ordered a steak that was supposed to be medium rare and looked and tasted nothing like that.

Ordered a blooming onion, long wait time! Was so looking forward to it and when it arrived I took the first bite and it was horrible !! So disappointing the oil it was fried in tasted old! Won’t be back😩

Small gathering and celebration,the blooming onion was seasoned with the side of ranch and the chicken bits were delicious and very much enjoyable. The bread was soft and tasteful with the butter to spread and a lovely atmosphere overall.

Very noisy, open layout made for a very loud dining experience. Food wasn't prepared correctly. The manager did try to correct the problem, but couldn't do anything about the obnoxious guest.

We love Outback, usually but NOT this time. Actually not sure we will go back. First of all, our waitress was awesome!! I ordered 6 oz Serloin med well, Caesar salad and loaded mashed potatoes. I got a salad with an inch long plastic piece in it, when I flagged the assistant manager (woman) she didn’t act surprised nor upset she nearly brought me a replacement salad with very little apology then I received my steak, very we’ll done on the outside and raw on the inside. I tell my waitress I’m not going to eat it and would like the manager, which hadn’t been told about my salad, he was very kind and apologetic offered meal replacement, redo my steak, dessert.. anything at that point my husband was done eating and was just ready to get out of there. The manager took off my steak meal since I didn’t eat it but I had to pay for the tea I drank while waiting for a meal I couldn’t eat. Mind blown, you need to do better.
