We had a takeout order. The broccoli side that was ordered wasn’t in the bag. The loaded baked potato didn’t come with the sour cream. The baked potato was overcooked, and the pasta entree was cold. My friend and I have ordered from this location before, but after this experience we may need to change locations. Very disappointing experience. Frustrating that when you get home to enjoy your dinner, portions are missing and not cooked properly. Tip was already processed, and definitely not deserving.

The service was okay, but the food was cold, soggy, and just gross. This place has seriously gone downhill. I have been here three times recently, and each time it has gotten worse. The food either tastes dry or overcooked, or (like my last visit) cold and soggy. Do not come here; there are better places to spend your money.

Miserable service from Dalton, he looked like he was 12 and all the skill and nuance one would expect from a 12 year old. salad swimming in dressing. Took 35 minutes to get the burger to my table. No manager around. Go to Freddy's and you get the same mediocre good and miserable service for half the price.

Went in today to celebrate my mother in laws birthday. As soon as you walk into the restaurant the overwhelming smell of urine hits you right in the nose. That’s not even the worst part. I went to use the bathroom and when I flushed, water sprayed several feet out of the toilet completely covering me in toilet water head to toe, face, hair, mouth…. When I went up front to ask to speak with a manager I was told after the girl went to the back that “they were slammed in the back” I continued to wait and was asked again if I wanted to speak to someone and when I said yes I was told again that they were busy. When the manager finally came up front I was told that “it’s never happened before, do you want your food to go” I get that maybe it’s never happened before but it happened now and the lack of understanding and urgency for what happened is disgusting behavior by the staff there.

We had quit going to Outback several years ago because of quality and service.
We actually chose this as a last resort late one evening. We were hoping for the best with few expectations.
When I say we were shocked, it’s an understatement!
The steak was cooked to perfection, and the service was excellent.
