The ingredients are robust and fresh tasting.
The pieces of shrimp chicken and beef are large and in charge. The green beans and onions are deliciously cooked. The chili sauce is also tasty and not too spicy.
My issues were with the shrimp not being de tailed (having the tail taken out)- as this turns it into messy rice covered finger food.
And with the peas. I had asked if it could be made without peas and most places cannot because their fried rice...

Excellent Food and Service in a very nice restaurant.
A top notch restaurant all around. The food is wonderful, the service is first class and the restaurant is clean, with a very nice atmosphere. The waitress recommended several of their most popular dishes. The two dishes we had during visit were the Pad Thai Noodles with pork and the Spicy Catfish. I had the Spicy Catfish. We always enjoy eating at Panang. The food is always hot to order and delicious! The waiters and host(ess) are always friendly and willing to offer suggestions if you are unsure what to order.
