Our family has enjoyed Panera for a good while. The food is quite good, which we obviously enjoy. I've noticed lately that this location has been very ineffective at handling orders (at least at dinner time). I placed orders online and don't show up early, but I spend a good 15+ minutes waiting for my food still. It's certainly enough to dissuade us from frequent visits at the very least. This plagues both indoor and outdoor pickup.

I’ve been through the drive through multiple times and they’re not very kind. It’s one thing to be neutral, but they’re straight up rude. Not to mention, we waited 15 minutes through the drive through and not even a fake “sorry for the wait”.

This Panera has gone downhill in the last 10 years. The atmosphere is less inviting, they no longer have designated area for pickup orders so random people are huddled at the counter and the workers seem stressed out by the way they are speaking to eachother. They’re always out of something, it seems chaotic when they are preparing orders and I heard a girl cussing behind the counter at something. Sad to see it go so downhill..

I like the convenience of the drive thru. My kids love the Mac &cheese with bacon and the bread. I recently was pleasantly surprised by the Autumn Squash Soup it was delicious 😋 My regular go to is the Ciabatta Cheese steak. There are many great options on the menu and so far I haven't found anything I didn't like.

The new fall salad is delicious. My favorite item at Panera in years. It was so fresh and was loaded with such delicious toppings. Really good new item.
Squash soup was more tomato based than squash, & no pumpkin seed topping as pictured. No pats of butter for the bread. I was a bit disappointed. Otherwise 👍
