At 10:00 a.m. on a Tuesday: Took forever to order with only one person ahead of me in line. New cashier couldn’t figure out how to ring in my order but the guy at the other register didn’t offer her any help (no customers at his register) until I asked him to help her. She said, “No!” And tried to wave away his help (!) but he entered the item for her.
I ordered an iced mocha, not too sweet, and a soufflé. Had to wait for my coffee. It is hot, not iced. The soufflé (previously my favorite breakfast item) was cold; I finally saw the microwave but no instructions on how to use it! I got it too hot and burned my mouth on it. I am Sooooo disappointed! I used to love this Edmond Panera. ☹️

Today I took some time to let you know..
The avocado on my sandwich is unacceptable, most of the time it's like that.
Getting a bit too expensive to eat the anymore. Used to love the “You pick 2”.

Probably the rudest Panera I’ve ever been in. First off the drive thru was slammed and I had just a small order of mac and cheese, so I went inside. I was told to go to the Togo counter, stood there for 10 min no one asked me if I needed helped or the name on my order nothing, just kinda ignored I was there. Then I told them my name, he proceeds to be super rude and say it’ll be awhile, okay whatever waited 25 min for my small mac and cheese. Meanwhile the older manager was yelling at her staff being very rude for no reason.

The cashier Grace is always friendly, professional, and fast to take our order.
We visited for dinner when they weren't busy. Parking at this location is limited and tight quarters.
The half sandwich half Mac and cheese felt like a snack and isn't worth the price. Our meals came out room temperature.
Everything tasted good and the atmosphere is cozy. The chili tasted like it was from a can.

The food is fine, good if you want something cozy, but their recent changes to service are horrible. Having to go get your food from the counter is ridiculous (specifically without trays), especially when you're trying to grab food for multiple people (like for your children) and are making multiple trips. What's the point in a kiosk if you have to wait in line at the counter anyway to get drinks INCLUDING water and refills.

It was a Sunday evening few minutes to closing time. I called to place an order. My mom was unwell and the only thing she can eat is their chicken noodle soup. The girl that answered and the manager were amazing they had it ready for me to pick up in a few minutes. They were a blessing for us tonight. I am very grateful.

Large variety and types of food, mostly cooked hygienically. Good service and environment. I like it.
Vegetarian options: I ordered a half portion of Fiesta Chicken Sandwich , and Tomato Soup.
