Bad enough we have to bust our own tables. Please clean up the mess so we can drop our trays off.

Panera is a St. Louis based bakery and cafe that has done quite well in the OKC area having opened quite a few branches including this spot on South Bryant Ave. in Edmond. They have a large indoor seating area, opening hours are 6am to 9pm (Mon to Sat), 7am to 8pm (Sun).
You can order online for pick-up, use the self-order machines inside Panera or just order at the counter. They have a nice bakery counter with a good selection of traditional bread, pastry and breakfast items. I like their cinnamon rolls and scones. You can order healthy and traditional cooked breakfast items as well if you prefer a proper sit down meal instead.

Came here multiple times in one week because one of my kids was attending a camp for a few hours a day, and the drive home was way too far to go all the way and come back in a shorter time frame.
This location has plenty of staff and they clean up reasonably fast. All four times that I came there that week, it was busy but not overstimulating.
My one concern - several of the plug in outlets under the tables do not work anymore. Something to look at to enhance the building space and stay in compliance for any building codes etc. Overall, my time there was positive and thank you for providing a space for so many different groups of people to come and be at safely and comfortably.

Been to this location several times and normally, it's excellent. My parents had an order through the drive thru. Ordered a Smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich with no onions. Got home to realize there were almost more onions than chicken. Barely any chicken and cheese on the sandwich as well. Definitely not the Panera we're used to.

I always go through the drive though. The service is quick & easy. The sip club is sooo fun because I try different drinks. The employees are seriously so nice & helpful. They help me get the best deals & they are a big reason of why I love coming back everyday!

I mean seriously who would let something that looks like this leave the store? A grill cheese sandwich shouldn't be that complicated. Also my chicken noodle soup was basically a cup of broth. No chicken and 2 noodles.
I went in there a couple days ago to eat, and the lady in front of me and myself, and an acquaintance of mine saw flies flying all over the baked good items everywhere swarming them so we were looking at stuff, but then decided not to get anything because they were an infestation of flies that Wehn mentioned to the workers they didn’t seem to move by it so I got nothing to eat because of their supplies and that part of the kitchen their supplies everywhere in the kitchen and they’re just starving the food, which is disgusting. we left and ordered nothing.

This place is obviously very gross. I ordered some soup for me, my little boy, and a friend. Me and my little boys tomato soup arrived with CORN AND TRASH in the soup. Absolutely disgusting. Thank God I was the one who ended up getting the bite of plastic instead of my son. Go somewhere else.

They charged me 4 dollars for 2 bagels and 7 dollars for cream cheese then come to find out they didn’t have plain bagels available on a Sunday.I give it a terrible review due to pricing and customer service the manager offered me free cream cheese to make it right like I really need cream cheese and no bagel. For how much they wanna charge this place gets a 1 star review I’ll never come back when I was coming every Sunday after church

I used to come here several times a month. About a year ago I stopped coming. The quality of the menu has gone down and I just can't justify spending money on the subpar menu offerings. Thought I'd see if anything has changed. It hasn't. The ordering process seems to have been made worse. There's less kiosks to order from, and if you get a drink be prepared to wait for a cup. Staff doesn't seem to care to help.

The menu is new, the quality of the food has returned and the prices are reasonable for the quantity of food received. In addition, atmosphere is always good and the wait staff is friendly.

I go here every day for coffee! Plus it's a great place for meetings or small group gatherings.
