We placed an order on Uber Eats, and when we got our pizza it had so much barbecue that you could not even eat the pizza, and when we called up to the store the “manager” decided to laugh in our faces and not want to make it right. Terrible service, terrible management. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. If I could give a zero star I would, it was that bad.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the night manager at Papa John’s. I do not know his name at all, but he went above and beyond and every time I have gone in there, it is of course in the evening after Work and they have always always been so kind to me all of the guys and people that work there are incredible. But the manager tonight definitely did more than he is probably paid for when I kept having issues with orders. He hand-delivered my food to me. After my DoorDash took the food to the completely wrong area. He also refunded me as well. This place is great and they are very nice. I will continue to order from here. He needs a raise

We love these papa John’s. We have been going here for 5 years and still going on strong . The employees always go above and beyond. Always friendly and nice , also really fast. Day and night shift do a great job . But today one of the Employees went above and beyond. Cameron , helped us with our little pizza accident. And We are so great full and beyond words . We really appreciate it and our little kids do to . To be honest these is for us the Best Papa John’s . That’s why we keep on going for almost 5 years and hopefully more years to come to these Edmond location . Thank you Cameron and Team.

The most lazy and uninterested working staff in edmond papa johns. Prolly they gotta FIRE them. They dont wanna make a pizza and if we say them the pizza is undercooked, they say “okay then don’t order it. Worst staff and wont even look bother to care at the register if customers been waiting for pickup and order. They dont take direct call in order like other franchises do and sometimes they suggest us not to call on phone rather order from an app. Worst!!! PLEASE DONT CHOOSE THIS STORE!

My family got food poisoning from this location yesterday. The man making the food didn’t have a hair net, gloves, and was visibly dirty. When I called to ask about it they said they aren’t required to wear those those things… think twice before ordering here

Wost pizza place in Edmond, they are slow, pizza is always under cooked, they have terrible staff, and no customer service at all. I just ordered two two-topping large pizzas, the order went through, they were make it, it was supposed to be delivered, then they canceled it, and when I called them to find out why they said they can't deliver to this area, I said I don't have a vehicle, they hung up I tried to call back to say I would come get it, they wouldn't answer at all, no replacement, or any type, or compensation for the inconvenience, I only called them. Because it's the only pizzy place open this late. Needless to say anyone who give them business, or a good review must not know what good pizza, or service is. I didn't think they could be more disappointing, but I was wrong I will not waist my time with them ever again, I suggest anyone else, cuz they are seriously terrible in every aspect possible. Rude, and over priced as well. I'd put zero stars if possible, they should be shut down.
