Wost pizza place in Edmond, they are slow, pizza is always under cooked, they have terrible staff, and no customer service at all. I just ordered two two-topping large pizzas, the order went through, they were make it, it was supposed to be delivered, then they canceled it, and when I called them to find out why they said they can't deliver to this area, I said I don't have a vehicle, they hung up I tried to call back to say I would come get it, they wouldn't answer at all, no replacement, or any type, or compensation for the inconvenience, I only called them. Because it's the only pizzy place open this late. Needless to say anyone who give them business, or a good review must not know what good pizza, or service is. I didn't think they could be more disappointing, but I was wrong I will not waist my time with them ever again, I suggest anyone else, cuz they are seriously terrible in every aspect possible. Rude, and over priced as well. I'd put zero stars if possible, they should be shut down.

We ordered pizza because my grocery delivery had been canceled due to the snow, they had tried to outsource delivery to door dash and door dash continued to reject the order, so they cancelled it. When I called the store asking what happened, they explained what happened and then proceeded to tell me that the general manager cancelled the order so that we would be fully refunded, and then proceeded to still deliver our order himself. The roads are slick, so we were very grateful that he went above and beyond to get us our pizza! Thanks Papa John’s, we appreciate you!!!

The pizza was horrible. It was cold and dry. The breadsticks where cold and dry. Chicken wings were cold and dry. The price was outrageous over $50. I will never in my life have Papa John’s ever again.

I ordered through DoorDash and I received it really quick. We noticed that the pizza dough was thin and raw. Also, the pizza was full of grease but I’m not sure where all the grease came from. We ordered a simple pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust.

I never really like Papa johns until I moved here to Edmond because this place has a lot toaking it my go to pizza place,I love the after 9 pizza deal for 9$. Everyone of the cooks there make perfect pizza, always balanced out pizza toppings covering the whole pizza perfectly. I think the thin crust with pepperoni and sausage is on point!! This is a good bunch of guys working here to give u affordable but tasty Pizza late into the Edmond nights
