Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

Stopped in yesterday 2/1/2026. Spent 35$ for 2 take out meals. Chicken and shrimp had a ,not fresh, smell.We tossed it all. Was very disappointed.

Pretty good stuff and nice staff. The fire cracker chicken is my favorite and it’s barely spicy if you’re worried about that. Although I do have to mention that from one crab Rangoon lover to another Do not get them from pei Wei!!!!! They are not what you expect and you will not like them. They are almost always under filled with very little cream cheese and the crab is chewy. This is not a location problem this is just how Pei Wei makes them.

Ordered May 30, 25 for a delivery of the 'buy 2, get one entree free' thru this restaurants website-so my order came to almost 40.00. Waited to receive it-Never came. Called this restaurant and spoke with the Gen Mgr (Michael). Told him of my delimma and he advised me that once an order leaves their establishment, 'they are not responsible' for what happens to it bc they go thru doordash, so I would need to call doordash for a refund. Called DD and bc I made the order thru the Pei Wei website, I would have to get my refund from them. Called THEM back and again spoke with Michael, told him what DD said, and he gave me his word, he would call me back on who would be giving me my refund! That was on the 30th of May-the day/date of the incident and as of TODAY June 2, 2025, Michael has yet to call me. So not only does Pei Wei not take responsibility- bc it WAS made thru their website, he is also a person who puts blame on everyone else, and doesn't know the meaning of Customer Service. So I hope he gets this bc Michael I'm STILL waiting on your call!!!!

Totally awful. Ordered and then waited for 40 minutes to then find out they gave the order to smb else, while giving food to people that came in way after us and totally ignoring us. If you want to eat, don’t go here. Overpriced, and awful service.

I like pei wei's vegetable pad Thai and the best part is that green beans side. The staff is always helpful on ordering. I believe they serve wine, beer and a good tea.

This was the blandest food I’ve ever had. I was actually in shock. It just tasted like water. Never had it before and won’t do it again.

I never leave reviews but this was such a disappointment that I felt compelled to save others. We seldom eat out due to low quality; high priced options. This was no exception. Basically $42 for a $15 meal. Ordered 2 soups but no, they only had enough soup for 1. One of those experiences where you stop in, order and take home. Then once home; you kick yourself. Such a waste!
