Ordered May 30, 25 for a delivery of the 'buy 2, get one entree free' thru this restaurants website-so my order came to almost 40.00. Waited to receive it-Never came. Called this restaurant and spoke with the Gen Mgr (Michael). Told him of my delimma and he advised me that once an order leaves their establishment, 'they are not responsible' for what happens to it bc they go thru doordash, so I would need to call doordash for a refund. Called DD and bc I made the order thru the Pei Wei website, I would have to get my refund from them. Called THEM back and again spoke with Michael, told him what DD said, and he gave me his word, he would call me back on who would be giving me my refund! That was on the 30th of May-the day/date of the incident and as of TODAY June 2, 2025, Michael has yet to call me. So not only does Pei Wei not take responsibility- bc it WAS made thru their website, he is also a person who puts blame on everyone else, and doesn't know the meaning of Customer Service. So I hope he gets this bc Michael I'm STILL waiting on your call!!!!

Totally awful. Ordered and then waited for 40 minutes to then find out they gave the order to smb else, while giving food to people that came in way after us and totally ignoring us. If you want to eat, don’t go here. Overpriced, and awful service.

I like pei wei's vegetable pad Thai and the best part is that green beans side. The staff is always helpful on ordering. I believe they serve wine, beer and a good tea.

This was the blandest food I’ve ever had. I was actually in shock. It just tasted like water. Never had it before and won’t do it again.

I never leave reviews but this was such a disappointment that I felt compelled to save others. We seldom eat out due to low quality; high priced options. This was no exception. Basically $42 for a $15 meal. Ordered 2 soups but no, they only had enough soup for 1. One of those experiences where you stop in, order and take home. Then once home; you kick yourself. Such a waste!

I am not a fan of their food, but my sister loves their pad Thai so we used to go here regularly. Why eat expensive, Americanized Asian chain food when there are plenty of family owned authentic restaurants nearby? That's not my biggest complaint though. I have seen the two short Hispanic male cooks act grotesquely repeatedly. I've seen them eyeing young teen girls and hitting on them when they ask for extra sauce or something. They did this to my friends niece who is only 14 years old, winking at her and asking her name and number. Your lucky I didn't call the police. This is disgusting behavior and I've brought it to managements attention before in the past, yet they're still employed. I refuse to go back.

This was a great experience. My food was made incorrectly but it was handled in such a great and fast way. Mistakes happen the way you take care of it is so important. Great food and excellent service.

I got the sesame chicken and my boyfriend got the chicken and broccoli. In my food there were four pieces of rotten broccoli. That’s disturbing…
As for my boyfriend’s food, somehow the cooks forgot to put any spices or sauce in anything. How is it possible that the rice was more flavorful? Chicken tasted like water and the broccoli pieces were still raw. I suggest re-training the cooks.
