It's been five years or more since we last had dinner here. Which is kind of odd considering this is one of the closest restaurants to our home, but we drive by it time and time again going to other restaurants. I'm not sure why we stop going here because we had a really enjoyable dinner last night. The food was well prepared and came to the table hot. The service was very good and as I said we had a wonderful experience. Prices are certainly on the high side. Two middle of the road dinners with iced tea equating to $72, but I guess we're getting used to that everywhere now aren't we? We will definitely be putting Pepperoni Grill back on our more frequent two visit list.

Dear Pepperoni grill. You failed on Valentines day. We made reservations at 4 pm. The earliest that we could to avoid the busy Crowd. Unfortunately we sat at the bar to get a drink to celebrate Valentines day. The first server was great. It was a little after 4. Some lady rolls in with balloons and a bad full of stuff. Instead of taking good care of us. She. Was cutting her limes. We finally got to order. She was upset at us because we did not want to hear the specials. I wanted lasagna. She griped to us about other people's orders ( long story) when we ordered your famous lasagna and the 2 ND dish was Shrimp scampi. It finally came out. She asked if we wanted cheese and pepper. But she kept cutting her limes. I said we will pray while you cut your limes. Ugh. Bad service. I can't even tell you the rest. I am home early! She never mentioned on dessert either!

We placed an order and picked it up curbside. We realized we were missing an item when we got home. I called to inform them and the manager, Dakota personally delivered our missing item along with a slice of cake and extra bread. He was there in no time and could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. Super impressed!

I wish I lived in Oklahoma just for this place. The pizza, the homemade bread, and that parm risotto is to die for. I could have that risotto for the rest of my life it’s that good. I would definitely recommend making that a meal itself instead of a side. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

A Psight
This covell location of pepperoni grill has let us down time and time. Tonight’s order was a complete mess and taste horrible. I reached out to you all via your website and this is not acceptable for PAYING customers. Transparent undone bacon, all condiments on one side of a split sandwich, undone/ undercook fries (seems to be your normal), old lettuce, soggy bread… what is happening. Fix the issues. Next problem will result in BBB COMPLAINT!

Holding a reserved table for one hour when a guest no shows while other guests are waiting to be seated is a wild business practice. Not one but four tables were empty for an hour during dinner hours. Absolutely wild.
