We were the first customers for dinner last night. We weren't greeted until we actually were there for a few minutes looking at the menu. 50% of the tables were dirty, the floor was slippery and there was food all over it. There was no ice in the ice machine. TVs were not on. There was no magic dust sitting out for people to use. Dirty pans we're stacked by the trash cans. My pizza was not even hot when it came out. It was also undercooked and doughy still. The employees acted like they could care less about their job. This place has gone downhill, it used to be so good. No wonder there were hardly anyone in there at peak time now if this ia how it is run. I hope they can get all this figured out, but we will not be back ever again.

Friendly staff and super yummy pizza!
11/24 we go there 1-2 times weekly. We had the worst service that we have ever had. The young man argued with my husband about the amount of toppings to put on. He took 1 slice of bell pepper and preceeded th tear it in little pieces. He put 1 sliver of onion, the torn bell pepper, and 1 pepperoni on each slice. When ask if he could put extra onion he said that all we ever put on one. Then told my husband they had been putting too much on the pizzas and therefore feeding us too much.
Won't be back.

I had the best experience yesterday at Pie Five! I’ve been wanting to give this place a try for awhile and finally decided to go for lunch! Mo took my order and when I pulled up to the window, he greeted me with the BIGGEST smile! He was soooo nice. I had the new Mike’s hot honey pizza and it was delicious. Thank you Mo for making my day with your pleasant attitude and smile. 10/10 recommend!

The bathroom was absolutely rank. Couldn’t even use it. Customers stood for 5-10 min with no one helping. The store was empty btw. Hope the food is cleaner than the store.

My wife, son and I all ate here. It tasted so bad that I threw away half my pizza, my son only ate the cheese because the rest "tasted bad" and my wife threw out most of hers. The cashier/pizza maker was very friendly and courteous, but after eating my half pizza I felt like I was going to throw up for the next 4 hours. Was looking for a Blaze Pizza alternative closer to where I live. I'll drive the extra few minutes and get a pizza that doesn't induce nausea.

Terrible customer service and wait times! Employee yelled at me and refused to give me my pizza that was already ready because I went inside and didn't want to wait in the drive thru in back of a car after 10 mins of waiting, and I did Not get a refund!!
This location seems to have a lot of churn of staff. It's hit or miss as to whether the person making your pizza knows what their doing. Good luck.

Had 5 stars prior but something has happened... Update: I don't know what's happened but the kids that make the pizzas aren't happy. Service has changed, no TVS ON. RUGS GONE, and not enough help. What's going on guys..????
