Pinkitzel Edmond

This felt like a candy wonderland. It was nice to find so many different types of candies there old and new. The workers were so kind and helpful and it's not overly expensive. I'd definitely recommended visiting this place to my friends.

Cute place, willy wonka vibes and the almond wedding cupcake is SO good.

Such a cute store I hate to leave a bad review but the gal who got me my macarons didn’t wear gloves. She was running the cash register, playing on her phone and the gloves were right there and she used her hands. She had super long nails and It’s sick season so I kindly asked the other girl working to get me all new macarons privately. I don’t think we’ll be back.

Cupcakes are very substandard. No flavor, frosting is gross. Customer service was non existent. Went in with my girls for a fun treat. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

I could go to Walmart or any other grocery store and get better tasting cupcakes than the ones here. Overpriced and STALE.

Had award-winning pastries in Paris that were substantially cheaper than this random shop in Edmond if that tells you anything... They don't treat their employees well and management should be ashamed of themselves

I was getting jumped right outside the shop and the owner saw what was happening. As I was begging for help and for them to let me in, they came out running and curb stomped me instead. Never coming back ever

Highway robbery.

They charge $6 for boxes of candy that are $1 at Walmart, but they make the prices so small you don't know that until checkout.

The candy is candy, nothing special. Somehow I paid $50 for $20 worth of stuff.

Never coming back.

The worker was nice and the environment is cool, but Jesus you're selling candy not a steak dinner.

Terrible. Owners just want money and do not seem to care about employees. Cupcakes are frozen, half the time extremely stale, overpriced, and (rumor has it) store bought. Employees are nice, but overall, I wonder how Pinkitzel is still in business. I wouldn’t bother asking the employees questions about the treats though, since the owners tell them to lie to customers about how they’re kept and where they’re from. I would recommend people stay away, don’t waste your money or time here.

Kerah is the most fabulous Pinkitzel worker I have ever met. She was so helpful in the process of selecting a cupcake to eat after my dinner. Let’s say the cupcake did not disappoint and Miss Kerah did a absolutely wonderful job helping me pick one out. She was so patient so kind and honestly one of the sweetest people I have ever met in the retail industry.
