I do not recommend doing the gingerbread house event. A very underwhelming experience, and overall just boring. Definitely not worth $80 whatsoever.

Order the red velvet cupcake which was hard as hell she tried to say it was because it came out of the freezer...but the cupcake was room temperature and the icing was hard and dry, which means old product. I have been a customer for many years, the cupcakes keep shrinking in size but increasing in price. Will not return.10/24/23 Update.... contacted company via email as requested below...No response to the email.11/9/23 Update: to date no response to the requested email. Obviously used as a masquerade to detract from the truth...they sale old dried out product...anytime you can use a plastic fork to hit the icing and it echoes a noise and cannot be penetrated, that's old....which is what I was intentionally given.

I was visiting and needed cupcakes and I stumbled across Pinkitzel. It has mixed reviews but I still wanted to try. It was great! The cupcakes were tasty and normal priced compared to places I usually buy from. I would definitely stop by again when I visit.

I had the worst experience at this place!!! I have met my friends and their kids there and it happened they wanted to bring gifts for my daughter to celebrate her early birthday. We have bought a dozen of cupcakes, candy, and soda...After spending 35 minutes there the employee came to us and asked us to leave because we did not buy the birthday package, he said the owner Jonathan asked us to leave. I personally think we were discriminated because we were speaking a different language other than English.. I have been in Oklahoma for almost two decades and I was never ever treated the way I was treated today..Very poor customer service. I don't recommend this place to anyone, and I will make sure all of my friends and family will never go there AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Worse customer service ever!! We met for cupcakes, with friends we have not seen in while, so we brought a small gift for her daughter, and they came and m asked us to leave or buy a party package. Mind you this was a group of 4 ladies and 7 kids. We were asked to upgrade to a dozen cupcakes, plus we bought drinks and a lot of overpriced candy (x5 the price), yet we never complained once, and they found a way to ask us to leave!

Cupcakes are stale and the icing is gross.. everything was overpriced for the quality. It’s hard to order because you can’t hear over the loud music they have playing. The owners are also very off putting and rude.. I would save your $$ and go somewhere else.

The cake was dry and tasted like it had been in a fridge for a long time. Over half of the cupcake was frosting that tasted soapy. This was a very expensive cupcake. The overall vibes of the shop: expensive, pink fringe.

This place is an experience:It's pricey but worth it when it comes to the cupcakes. Not your everyday cupcakes, they are beautifully decorated & taste even better. You don't taste any dye, the ingredients are combined to perfection. Very neat & artsy on the inside. To add, even though there's no flashy lights or an open sign, they are open. I have been wanting to check this place out for a while, I'm glad I did. They have a variety of unique gifts from candy, gift sets, tea, coffee grains, and macaroons & cupcakes. You have to experience it.To add:There needs to be some sort of open sign, I passed by for 3 years because nothing caught my attention to show me your open from the road. In all, it's beautiful on the outside and in, but doesn't seem open.You should eventually have samples of what you have so people can have the choice of what they can get.I was stunned to see such a mello person running your store considering the extravagant decor & environment you've created.It'd be a shame to see such a beautiful place close, just because small things could've been done to make it better & draw more clientele in.
