Called to place an order and got through the whole order to pay and got put on hold for 5 minutes. Hung up, called back, and got put on hold. Called back, put on hold. Called back, someone spoke not in English, put me on hold again. This was 20 minutes. It was ridiculous! It’s always like this at this Pizza Hut. Always hope for better but just gets worse.

Went to order my food online chose delivery option some kind of way it chose carry out callled the store go change it was on hold for more than 15 mins call back and got hung up on. Called again and was told “well the food has been sitting here for 15 mins” ya think. Not sure who I spoke to but she were very rude and basically didn’t give me any options. Very disappointed

You will get better service from a 1 star McDonald's. They have no interest in making sure you get your food, or giving updates when they have arrived yet cannot find your apartment. Ordered food over an hour ago, and never would have known our order was canceled if we didn't call their godforsaken store and wait on hold for over 20 minutes to hear their driver didn't want to call our number to find our apartment so the order was canceled. Find somewhere else to eat cause this place ain't it.

I placed an order on 7/28 with an estimated delivery time of 8:12pm. 8:30pm came with no delivery. I called and was told that there was no apartment number on my account and that they called me several times with no answer so they canceled the order. I informed the lady that NO ONE called me. I never received any phone calls and that my apartment number is listed. She claimed she was looking at my account and that there wasn’t an apartment number but I checked my account and my address is listed 2 times & showing the apartment number. This has happened once before at this location. The crazy thing is, I placed an order not too long ago before 7/28 and received it with no issues. So how did yall have my apartment number and ability to contact me for my previous order but not the order on 7/28?!?! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. Granted, I was told I will be getting my money back but I will not be ordering from here anymore

Did not order. I won a prize for a little boy that has a brain tumor and this pizza Hut was supposed to do two free large pizza via the manager. When I got there the other manger said I was a lier and she had to call . She said she called and the GM did not answer and she texted her she still said I thank you are still lieing and I said no the manager said she can do this . She was the only employee at this location which is totally stupid for a Sunday . I tried to get her attention and she kept blowing me off . I will go in Monday to talk to the GM to find out what is going on . This pizza Hut needs more employees it's not right for one employee to take care of the entire store on their own. Either get more help or close this one down. This pizza Hut Location can never keep emp. Do something about it our close the location. It's not right for the store to be understaffed. This use to be the best location to get pizzain the past two yrs it's went to He!!. Please do something about it. I'm not upset about not getting the pizza for free I would have paid for it . If the manger on duty would have noticed I was trying to get her attention to do so.

Getting ahold of this location directly is amazing. Getting ahold of their call center on the other hand..... i could go into something but i will be respectful. Loved pizza hut since i was a kid. Call centers need to get blown away and ill leave it at that. People need to start doing actual work in life. I love this place and im always happy with the food i receive. CALL THEM DIRECTLY!!!!!

This Pizza Hut is the worst. They made my pizza wrong, forgot to send my wings, and the pizza was cold and terrible! Find somewhere else to buy your pizza if you want your order correct!

This is one of the worst pizza huts I've ever been to. Not only is the store understaffed, but the call center is no help. They just keep passing you around without ever finding a resolution. Something needs to change.
it was the first and last time I order from there the wing had no sauce and the pizza tasted bad . Then the delivery driver was yelling at a customer that was crazy and no one said anything I spent 34.00 on bad food

Normally love coming here. Customer service has gotten worse and worse. Waited for an hour for pizza. 40 minutes past the pickup time for 3 pizzas. And 1 was just a cheese and the other a pepperoni. There was one pizza with multiple ingredients on it. Worker complaining about being behind yet had the time to stop to complain to the delivery driver. Refused to give her name which originally we were just going to call and see why she was having to work a holiday herself but she just kept going above and beyond for being rude so now we will be calling to complain about her. Pathetic. Get a new job.

Call location, placed order, waited 25minutes in parking lot. Went in to get order and was told no order had ever been placed. I verified correct location and phone number and was told call center must have messed up!!! No offer to fix pizza or anything!!!!
