I’m disgusted to learn about Morgan Pierce attitude and how she has treated my family who ordered pizza and drinks. The company made an error in not sending the drinks with the delivery driver and so my pregnant sister went to the restaurant to obtain what she paid for. Instead of doing the obvious thing she proceeds to contact the police and tell them my sister is trespassing… OVER DRINKS that SHE FAILED TO SEND WITH THE DRIVER. The cops even stated she should give my sister the drinks since it was her mishap and instead asked to ban my sister from the premises. At this point I’m calling for the removal of this person and will continue to escalate this issue until she is fired! Her attitude is disgraceful and she should’ve received worse had I been present. I will continue to update this review once the matter has been resolved.

My second time eating delivery from this place and I got the nastiest pizza from there ever!! They messed my order up the first time so I called and the manager was nice and gave me 20.00 off my next order so I decided to try again. HUGE MISTAKE!!! The pizza was dry and nasty, the cheesy bread was not cheesy at all! After not having Pizza Hut in years, this is NOT the way I remember it!

Was not very pleased with the delivery, the door dasher that brought my order forgot my salad and my extra salad dressing that I paid for. Called the store and they wouldn't Debit my card back for the salad or the dressing, so I waited an hour and a half to get my salad. That has been setting out in the hot to were it wasn't fresh and cold. It is the stores responsibility to make sure that door dash gets all the order before leaving. spending over $50 for my order, I wasn't very happy to have to eat my food after every one else already had eaten at home.

Michelle did an awesome job taking care or my order and making sure we were promptly taken care of! She is definitely not paid enough, one woman wrecking crew getting work done!
Called to place an order and got through the whole order to pay and got put on hold for 5 minutes. Hung up, called back, and got put on hold. Called back, put on hold. Called back, someone spoke not in English, put me on hold again. This was 20 minutes. It was ridiculous! It’s always like this at this Pizza Hut. Always hope for better but just gets worse.

Went to order my food online chose delivery option some kind of way it chose carry out callled the store go change it was on hold for more than 15 mins call back and got hung up on. Called again and was told “well the food has been sitting here for 15 mins” ya think. Not sure who I spoke to but she were very rude and basically didn’t give me any options. Very disappointed

You will get better service from a 1 star McDonald's. They have no interest in making sure you get your food, or giving updates when they have arrived yet cannot find your apartment. Ordered food over an hour ago, and never would have known our order was canceled if we didn't call their godforsaken store and wait on hold for over 20 minutes to hear their driver didn't want to call our number to find our apartment so the order was canceled. Find somewhere else to eat cause this place ain't it.

I placed an order on 7/28 with an estimated delivery time of 8:12pm. 8:30pm came with no delivery. I called and was told that there was no apartment number on my account and that they called me several times with no answer so they canceled the order. I informed the lady that NO ONE called me. I never received any phone calls and that my apartment number is listed. She claimed she was looking at my account and that there wasn’t an apartment number but I checked my account and my address is listed 2 times & showing the apartment number. This has happened once before at this location. The crazy thing is, I placed an order not too long ago before 7/28 and received it with no issues. So how did yall have my apartment number and ability to contact me for my previous order but not the order on 7/28?!?! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. Granted, I was told I will be getting my money back but I will not be ordering from here anymore

Did not order. I won a prize for a little boy that has a brain tumor and this pizza Hut was supposed to do two free large pizza via the manager. When I got there the other manger said I was a lier and she had to call . She said she called and the GM did not answer and she texted her she still said I thank you are still lieing and I said no the manager said she can do this . She was the only employee at this location which is totally stupid for a Sunday . I tried to get her attention and she kept blowing me off . I will go in Monday to talk to the GM to find out what is going on . This pizza Hut needs more employees it's not right for one employee to take care of the entire store on their own. Either get more help or close this one down. This pizza Hut Location can never keep emp. Do something about it our close the location. It's not right for the store to be understaffed. This use to be the best location to get pizzain the past two yrs it's went to He!!. Please do something about it. I'm not upset about not getting the pizza for free I would have paid for it . If the manger on duty would have noticed I was trying to get her attention to do so.
