Wanted to call in a 2 pizza order at 4:30pm on 11/8/2025. A girl answers, tells me to hold. I hear what sound likes some kitchen noises for at least a couple minutes. Then it sounds like she's taking payment for an order. Then I hear what sounds like pans again. I ask if she's still taking orders and no response. My phone shows the call lasted 4min 57sec. I finally hung up and called the Santa Fe location, also in Edmond. I drove past the first location to go to the Santa Fe store. Literally SENDING customers to competitors.

I’m disgusted to learn about Morgan Pierce attitude and how she has treated my family who ordered pizza and drinks. The company made an error in not sending the drinks with the delivery driver and so my pregnant sister went to the restaurant to obtain what she paid for. Instead of doing the obvious thing she proceeds to contact the police and tell them my sister is trespassing… OVER DRINKS that SHE FAILED TO SEND WITH THE DRIVER. The cops even stated she should give my sister the drinks since it was her mishap and instead asked to ban my sister from the premises. At this point I’m calling for the removal of this person and will continue to escalate this issue until she is fired! Her attitude is disgraceful and she should’ve received worse had I been present. I will continue to update this review once the matter has been resolved.

My second time eating delivery from this place and I got the nastiest pizza from there ever!! They messed my order up the first time so I called and the manager was nice and gave me 20.00 off my next order so I decided to try again. HUGE MISTAKE!!! The pizza was dry and nasty, the cheesy bread was not cheesy at all! After not having Pizza Hut in years, this is NOT the way I remember it!
Was not very pleased with the delivery, the door dasher that brought my order forgot my salad and my extra salad dressing that I paid for. Called the store and they wouldn't Debit my card back for the salad or the dressing, so I waited an hour and a half to get my salad. That has been setting out in the hot to were it wasn't fresh and cold. It is the stores responsibility to make sure that door dash gets all the order before leaving. spending over $50 for my order, I wasn't very happy to have to eat my food after every one else already had eaten at home.

Called to place an order and got through the whole order to pay and got put on hold for 5 minutes. Hung up, called back, and got put on hold. Called back, put on hold. Called back, someone spoke not in English, put me on hold again. This was 20 minutes. It was ridiculous! It’s always like this at this Pizza Hut. Always hope for better but just gets worse.
