The pizza was made well but was cold and the service was awful. My delivery driver was sweet but had our pizza in the back of his truck. When I got it inside it was cold (its 52 degrees outside so makes sense). I called to speak to someone and let them know that the pizza is cold and I think it was because it was in the bed of the driver's truck. The guy on the phone said he talked to his driver and the driver said it wasn't in the bed of his truck. I said. Well I was outside waiting for him because our address gets mixed up with the neighbors. I waved him down. He parked and pulled it out of the bed of his truck. The guy argued with me. Told me again what his driver said. I said well, im the customer and im telling you that if he keeps the pizza in his truck it will stay warm and he will get better tips. Dude said that he would credit my phone number for the pizza and then hung up. He was rude. Totally unfortunate. I really wasn't looking for my money back. I just think that the driver should know and the manager should talk to him about it. The driver was WAY nicer than the guy who answered the phone.

I give this “Pizza Hut” 5’stars, because every time I go there especially, when the manager named: “Nathan” is there, (he’s the one with the brownish/brunette hair); he most-definitely makes sure my food/my order is ALWAYS RIGHT!! Nevertheless, it’s ALWAYS HOT & FRESH!!! He’s NEVER RUDE, SNOBBISH, NOR UNPROFESSIONAL! He’s absolutely the BEST!!! “I kid you NOT”!!! I HIGHLY, and ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend that people place their orders with him, go meet him, and you’ll see exactly why he’s the “BEST”!!! He’s ALWAYS smiling, and making sure your order is correct!! Thanks a bunch, NATHAN! 👍👍👍👍👍

I lived overseas when I was in the military for a long time and Pizza Hut taste way better in other countries! Pizza Hut used to be really good in the United States back in the day especially in the 90s! But the pizza doesn’t taste good at all and not like it used to be! The quality of Pizza Hut has really went down here! If you haven’t traveled outside America, you just don’t know! They give us the worse ingredients here! The sausage on the meat lovers is not the actual taste like before! They will not be getting my business anymore!

When I ordered the pizza I was not informed that the whole pizza would be with bbq sauce just because one side had that base sauce, it was cold (we live literally 5 min away) and the taste wasn’t great. Plus the staff wasn’t super nice. I won’t come back
They gave me a pan pizza when I order online for hand tossed. There is a difference. Pan pizza tastes gross to me. You can tell by the crust if it’s panned or tossed.
