I lived overseas when I was in the military for a long time and Pizza Hut taste way better in other countries! Pizza Hut used to be really good in the United States back in the day especially in the 90s! But the pizza doesn’t taste good at all and not like it used to be! The quality of Pizza Hut has really went down here! If you haven’t traveled outside America, you just don’t know! They give us the worse ingredients here! The sausage on the meat lovers is not the actual taste like before! They will not be getting my business anymore!

When I ordered the pizza I was not informed that the whole pizza would be with bbq sauce just because one side had that base sauce, it was cold (we live literally 5 min away) and the taste wasn’t great. Plus the staff wasn’t super nice. I won’t come back

They gave me a pan pizza when I order online for hand tossed. There is a difference. Pan pizza tastes gross to me. You can tell by the crust if it’s panned or tossed.

The quality of my families dinner tonight was close to a Red Barron frozen pizza.
I ordered 2 lrg pizzas, both with pork sausage. Instead, it came with what we determined was 'beyond' Italian. It tasted like spoiled Italian sausage. It was disgusting. No one ate it. And now I'm out $40. I was already on the fence with Pizza Hut because over the years, the quality of your food has nosedived. Now, I'm just gonna get my pizza at any of the 100 other places. Thank you for helping me make this decision.

I door dash. They handed my order out to some random customer right before I got there. It took over 25 minutes to remake it. I’m trying to eke out a living, and this Pizza Hut dropped my wage to about $4.00 an hour. Not a happy experience
