This Pizza Hut on N Broadway and Covell did an outstanding job on my order last night!!! The pizza was perfectly crisp, but not overcooked. The Sweet Chili chicken wings were delicious! The group working on Friday night hit a home run with excellent operations. Best to date! Thanks!
Today I purchased a pizza at Pizza Hut # 035294. Located at 2701 N Broadway, Edmond, Oklahoma 73034. Server name on receipt: Halie. Ticket # 27. Time 3:50 PM. Credit Card approval code: 24539D. Invoice # 16. When the order was ready and as I stood at the counter waiting, the store worker dropped my boxed pizza on the floor. Picked up the box. Rearranged the slices so they would not look to messy. Then gave me the boxed pizza saying "I'm sorry". I found this so appalling....read full review
I used to like Pizza Hut but no more. The food gets worse with each order. Today the pizza was awful. Two and a half inches of crust before the cheese showed up. Very little cheese after that on the pizza. Cold when arrived. The salads are half full. The Cinnabons were NOT cooked! One salad forgotten and delivery guy had to go get one. Doesn’t do any good to complain. No one cares. Bye-bye!
