Food was okay but the dirty countertops, tables , chairs, bathrooms were unacceptable and made it hard to actually eat inside . But unfortunately I had no choice since I’m traveling. This store definitely needs some improvements.

Update - After the past couple of visits it seems this store has turned a new leaf. They have had a change of workers and you can definitely tell. 👏🏽 Keep up the great work guys! Thank you Always gets our food wrong. Order spicy and they give us regular everytime. Now they are serving cold food. SMH
I’m really not sure what happened to this location. Bugs on the floors and ants on the countertops. Not clean at all. No one understands the menu or what type of chicken is to be served with the combo meals. I’d pass on this location. Poor service.

Forgot half of our order— no fries no sides no sauces Hello???
I pulled into the drive-through at this Popeyes with no one in line ahead of me — seemed like it would be quick. I ended up waiting over 22 minutes for my food after being asked to pull forward. There were only three people inside, and it still took forever.
To make things worse, the guy taking my order was cracking SpongeBob jokes with his coworker the entire time — totally unprofessional and clearly not focused on doing his job.
When I finally got my food, it was honestly disgusting. The chicken was just greasy breading with barely any meat inside. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Zero urgency, zero professionalism, and zero quality.

Long waits due to short staff. Folks that work here are competent and polite but there aren't enough of them. Totally an /ownership problem. Have now waited 30 minutes for an order of 12 wings and the people that ordered just before I did haven't gotten theirs . Probably be 45 minutes if I am lucky and it's not even busy . Manager was very nice and gave me a refund but she can't make up for crappy owners. Never again.
