Food was good and worker at counter was really nice, but placed a Togo order due to prior plans and when I arrived at the restaurant at my scheduleed pick up time, my order had not even been started and the restaurant was not even that busy.

Me and my boyfriend wanted to try the fish sandwich, saw great reviews on TikTok.
Unfortunately ours were lackluster. The sandwiches didn’t have much sauce and no pickles (not a first at this location), which was disappointing.
We ordered 3 sides of red beans and rice, and instead got 1 large order. I’m pretty sure that 2 regular sides equals 1 large, but I could be mistaken. It could’ve been because they didn’t have enough rice, the ratio was heavy with the beans.
Next, my boyfriend’s sweet tea didn’t have any ice. Not the biggest deal since we have some at home, but slightly annoying.
No blackened ranch for our tenders that we ordered. For fans of that sauce, it was such a miss since there’s nothing like it.
And finally, picking up one of the tenders, we get the saddest looking one I’ve ever seen. It looked like a fried stick. Hardly any meat and not appetizing.
While most of the food itself was decent and we did eat because we were hungry, it was overall a lackluster experience and makes us not want to seek out this Popeyes again. We don’t have a lot of Popeyes in our area so we would have to drive further to a hopefully decent location.
I hope this can improve, especially soon since we want the full and good fish sandwich experience!

I don’t know why I keep coming here. The mashed potatoes have tasted like absolute garbage for months. It’s sooooo slow.
I ordered ahead, but now you can’t pick up mobile orders in the drive thru? Everyone inside was complaining about this new rule.
I could see all of the food needed for my order under the warmer. I waited over 5 minutes in the lobby staring at it before it looked like the staff got off of their phones and started bagging it up.
Staff don’t wear gloves.
I washed a girl lean over mashed potatoes, getting them on her hoodie, and still bagging them up.
Just please care a little bit about your work. There were no apologies. No concern at all.

I have visited this location many times over the years. Service has declined to non-existent over the last few months. I was in this location a few weeks ago and service was very poor. Today I visited again and I was at the front counter for over 10 minutes and no one offered to help or acknowledge I and the other customer were even at the counter. I have enjoyed Popeyes over the last 30 plus years but the service is getting so poor you can't even place an order. As I was at the counter I counted 1 person at the drive thru window one person at the prep table 2 people at a table doing nothing one just walking around and one just standing. Not one person attempting to do anything with the front counter and the customers in the location. I understand staff shortages, but this has nothing to do with staff shortages, it has to do with poor customer service as staff were all over. I left the location as I was running out of time to make it to my destination. It was 2:30pm on a Tuesday not rush hour.
I can't answer the follow up question as I was never given the opportunity to even order.

I placed my order which was taken by gabby I asked where the tenders fresh or about how old where they "5-10" min . I get my orders and I proceed to start eating and bam I bite into a cold freaking tender

I ordered a large combo they gave me a regular. They fixed the drink instead of wasting I asked for just another small one they said no and slammed the window. Then I asked for hot sauce and Ketchup and they gave me cocktail sauce WITH CHICKEN?! Chicken strips were tiny not even worth the price. Popeyes is going down hill.

This is the absolute worst Popeyes I’ve ever been too. The employees are always sitting around playing on their phones and the food is never ready. If you can even get them to acknowledge you when you walk in.

I came to the drive in window. This is Dec 31 7:00 pm the line was all the way around the building. It took me 35 min to get to the order screen. They ask me to hold which is ok but after 13 min I ask if they were still there. Answer was please hold. 8 more min finally I ask for a four price combo. And I could not believe it I was told all they had was two pieces of chicken and no sides I looked back and there are still car going around the building. So I ask for a manager No manager I ask for the phone number of the franchise owner. Sh said ok I drove to the window and had to wait another 11 min. The number was so sloppy you could not read it. So getting home I researched a little and the business is owned by a group and the ceo is

I have sent him a letter along with one to the Edmond better business bureau. Maybe someone can get this store more like a real business. They need to find a real manager that can run a business.

I’ve tried this location a few times. It’s the worst of the Popeye’s. Wait times are horrific. Food is subpar. Staff/owner needs to go to customer service school.

Tonight I came to the drive through to get the family meal to take home. Everything was great, until I took a bite of Cole slaw and found a piece of plastic in the slaw. It appears it was from the pkg that the slaw was in. I spit it out.
Please, please, please watch how you are handling the packaging.
Both myself and my husband have digestive issues. That piece of plastic could have gotten lodged in our digestive tract. Or even worse, a child could have gotten choked on in their small throat.
I love Popeyes chicken. I have never had any problems before.
