Came in at lunch time on a Thursday. Completely empty. As I ordered I realized that the worker helping me was more interested in her Apple Watch than taking my order.
Throughout the process she continued to check her messages and took her time in assisting me, as well as being rude about everything as well.
Very understandable as to why there was no one in the restaurant.
Definitely needs to have an attitude check for this young lady and her 6 coworkers who were standing around on their phones with their personal items on customer side of cash register.
Worst location I have been to, out of at least 30 in 7 states.

Me and my wife decided to go to this location and we were pretty disappointed. The service was okay it wasn’t that great besides a few people. Which was a guy who was working online orders and the cashiers and supervisor they were really nice. As we went to order our food there was a lot of cross contamination there was food all over the place where they build your entrees they worked hard but they were so caught up in there rush that they ignored certain food safety protocols which led to me and my Pregnant wife with an extremely upset stomach we will probably never eat here again.

I tried to give this location a second chance after completely rude service, but that was a mistake. Spent way too much on a burrito that wasn't even mixed correctly. To the point I couldn't even eat it and just had to throw the qhole thing away. Don't waste your time or money here.
Over the years they have declined in cleanliness, service and serving size. They also have had corn tortillas, hard and soft, gone for so long that they just blocked it out. There are less and less sodas in the drink machines.

Nearly 10 dollar for a quesadilla and you cheap out by putting basically no cheese on it l. What awful quality. Half my bites tasted burnt. Just go to Taco Bueno for a quesadilla. It's much cheaper more delicious and actually contains cheese.

The desserts are not to my taste. Good sweetness and texture but the flavor is weak after such a flavorful meal.

I got a chicken bowl with double chicken, not only was the portion smaller than normal it was cold chicken at 11am.. cold food.. the "Pico" was just tomatoes this was my first and last time eating at Qdoba, I could not believe this is the same place that others rave about.
