They take no accountability for their mistakes and expect you to just deal with it. I won't ever eat at another Qdoba again. Screw this entire franchise.

I tried to add the free chips and queso on the app for 9/20 and it wouldn’t let me. I tried to tell them that and they said there’s nothing they can do to give me the free chips and queso because I already ordered. It’s free, and the app wouldn’t let me add it so why was I told no?

So after tonight im giving it three stars. Normally the food is on point tonight it was not. When I got there to the pick up or to go i called and they told me it would be right out. So after waiting for nearly 25 mins and the place was not busy at all. I decided to go in and pick up my dinner. And my order was on the shelf. This is not the first time I had to wait in the pick up or to go for a certain length of time. This will probably be the last time I eat here. Like I said the food is Normally on point but tonight it was not this includes the chips and queso.

I have eaten at all the Qdoba restaurants in Edmond. This is by far my favorite. The servers have cheerful hospitable attitudes. You can tell they enjoy their work and like making customers happy. The food was great.
Awesome, the other location on Cove near I 35 is much more convenient. However, there is no comparison to the two locations. This West Covel location is clean inviting and cheerful. The workers smile and are kind.
The other location on I 35 has paper signs with all kinds of exceptions and a manager that is not customer oriented. This is my go to location, even if I need to drive a little further .

There is always fresh and tasty food, easy to order and the stores I have visited are very clean and nice.
Staff was short and rude when I went yesterday evening for dinner. Portion was smaller than usual for my bowl which is fine but just added to it. Food tasted good but rude lady making my food and rude guy at register ruined it.

It’s been a long while since I’ve been into a Qdoba, but after visiting recently, I’m having trouble remembering why I haven’t been there for so long.
The food was amazing and the service fast. The restaurant was clean and not overly busy for a walk-in visit.
I ordered dinner for three people and the time from the car and back was under 15 minutes.
