I think they need to start wearing hair nets or something because my roommate and I ordered to-go and halfway through his burrito he pulled out a big, black hair that was like 7 or 8 inches long. I about threw up and couldn’t even finish my burrito. I know things happen but dang how disappointing when you spend like $9 for a burrito :(

Went for a school restaurant night and I love that restaurants participate in these. This was our first visit so I didn't know what to expect but we enjoyed it. The chips & queso are great!

Both staff and management are so rude. I called immediately after I placed my order because I realized I did it for the wrong location. The girl who answered let me know that I "was just gonna have to wait because they had a big rush". After waiting on hold for 6 minutes, I hang up and try to call back because I didn't want them to make it.I finally get through after a busy signal and then the manager wants to cut me off and inform me that it's against their policy to refund food after it was made but it's fine.So hope the jackass sees this and my screenshots

The girl with pink braids working the register was extremely rude, she asked if we wanted our receipt and my boyfriend didn’t hear her and he asked her to repeat herself and she got a snarky look on her face and shoved it towards him. She was running around dancing and overall was not very friendly.

Food was great. They were cleaning a grill with chemicals on the hot plate that smoked toxic smell into the entire dining room. Thankfully they have tables outside so we were still able to enjoy our dinner.
