I have tried this location five times since I moved to the area in April. I have yet to have a positive experience.
The food quality keeps diminishing along with the portions. The staff are rude and act like you’re an inconvenience to wait on.
I waited to write this review and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that everyone has off nights. Turns out this location just doesn’t want my business. If I was the owner or investor I would clean house with the staff. I will wait until the Chipotle opens up.

Edit 11/12/25 I am officially done with Qdoba and will no longer eat here. I've had little issues here and there from this place but nothing like today's frustration. Today I put in a mobile order that the app forced me to put in as a guest after it refreshed over and over and would never allow me to log in. After putting in the order and walking inside of the location I was met with confusion because nobody knew anything about my order. Apparently at some point in time during the checkout process when I was trying to log into my profile, the app decided after I hit checkout to change the location. It went from the covell I-35 location that I had chosen to covell and Kelly. Well at this point I had already been sitting inside this place for 15 minutes or so trying to figure out where my food was and then they were able to figure out it was over at the other place. They of course just walked off as soon as they discovered this and they said nothing else to me, just walked off. Well when I get to the other location I try to explain to them what happened and they just tell me it's an app issue and then turn away and ignore me from there. I am so sick of these locations completely taking no accountability for the issues with these apps that get them business. Especially when it is their own apps and it's not even Uber eats or any of these other apps that you are ordering through. If they can't take accountability for those and help make things better, they don't deserve our business.
Gets pretty crowded inside and the bathrooms are made for only one person at a time. The inside is nice and the service was good though.

Ugh!! I’m so bummed. This Qdoba now limits you to THREE toppings on kids meals. I’ve eaten at doba my whole life and never have been told I couldn’t get a kids meal or limit my toppings. Won’t be back 😭😭😭
