The Surf and Turf protein bowl is usually so good. But this time, the shrimp was so overcooked and dry that it didn't even tasted like shrimp! And the kid serving me actually actually counted the pieces numbers he was putting in my bowl. Like it was a privilege for me to get shrimp that was beyond rubbery, overcooked, and so dry that my dog didn't want it either. And he loves shrimp.

They are very selfish with their meats. Every other Qdoba I’ve been to give plenty of meat (single serving) you have to get double to get anywhere near other locations. When confronted about this all they do is look at you blanking and do nothing about it. Worst Qdoba in Edmond.

So tired of getting ripped off on ingredients at this location. I keep trying it thinking it's just a couple of workers but it seems to be a common theme reading these reviews. If I'm paying $12 for a steak burrito, I expect more than literally two to three small bite size pieces of steak. Also, why so skimpy on rice and beans, it's literally the cheapest food there is. I don't know if the manager is trying save costs or what but it sure seems that way. I understand you have to hit a certain profit margin with little to no shrinkage, but come on.

Pretty good! Definitely scratched the itch for Mexican food and I appreciated that they were open a little later. Went back a couple times when I was staying in Guthrie.
First server was rude, definitely miserable and it showed. EVERY table was nasty, not just a little dirty but gross. Trash cans were overflowing into the floors and looked like nobody had swept all day. Several employees were behind the counter just standing around talking and laughing. Definitely needs a manager or someone who cares about atmosphere and presentation.

Rude. Fernando does not know how to deal with customers. We are not trying to get free food. See other reviews lately. Your team made a mistake in the order and I accepted it, so food doesn't go to waste. Trying to make it like you doing me a favor and cutting corners on clearly-stated menu ingredients is not acceptable. Talking about customers right infront of them in not-English language cause you think they won't understand is no bueno.Place is dirty. See pic of table.

I'd love to give it more stars because we love Qdoba but the girl that works up front is so RUDE. Last night she literally rolled her eyes when the man in front of me looked at his list to order 4 bowls. I ordered a smothered burrito but when she put it in a foil wrapper I said 'I wanted it smothered in a bowl' and she snapped back 'I know!' 'If you don't want to be here then leave' I almost told her but then I realized that's what we will do....there are other Qdoba restaurants to enjoy.
