10 pm is not closing tine when they have theblights tuened off and door locked at 10 minutes until 10. When the employees stare at you and don't the descency to come to the door. Do not go there! I live less than 5 minutes from there and will be going to another qdoba or Chipotle.

The food is delicious, and the staff is polite. They truly care to make the order correctly, and when asked, they can make great recommendations. Clean tables to sit and dine in. Free and spacious parking to park.
They were very rude and did not let us use our rewards. We left without even getting our food cause they were not helpful. They said the reward thing was down but they were making it like it was our fault. The guy checking us out didn't know what he was doing at all and didn't care.

Overall meal was good! Transferred my burrito bowl into a more sturdy bowl from the house so I could really get into it ?, wish they would put more chips in the bag and MAKE THEM TORTILLA CHIPS FRESH!!! Most of my chips were stale and I mean STALE like you left the bag open for hours and finally came back to eat them stale (Iykyk). The workers were good, immediately spoke to me when I walked in and were very friendly. Definitely would go back just fix the chip issue ?

So usually i come here i have a good experience but the morning crew is not very nice. I come in and try to get a a la carte as i always do and this old hispanic man is doing my order. I have hard time explaining to him what i wanted but then as were going down getting my food he is barely giving me anything. I ask for him a bit more beans cause he got me barely a few table spoons and he gives me a little pinch. Then we get to the meat and he gives me next to nothing and i ask him to give me more and he sits there and gets me like 5 little strings of the pulled pork. No exaggeration. Very disrespectful. Then i get to the end and I ask for salsa verde in little cups and they try to charge me. I have never been charged for that a single time going there. The lady then basically tells me the afternoon crew is nicer so she is not doing that for me. Do not come here in the mornings.

This is the worst qdoba Ive ever been to. The workers are rude, and act lost when taking orders. They just look around at each other confused or they roll their eyes. The portions they give are so tiny and act upset if you ask for a little more. The quality of the lettuce and steak is horrible. Go to the one on covell or penn in oklahoma city.

Not sure what has happened to Qdoba but everything is extremely BLAND! From the rice and beans to the meat even the salsa has no flavor. I feel like I’m eating air. Only thing with “flavor” is the queso and even that is just more spice than anything. Will have to give them up because I’m tired of wasting money on inedible food.

I’ve come to this location a few times but the last two, I’ve seen what appears to be plastic bristles?? Found with the chicken and the ground beef bowls. Ended up throwing away the food both times for fear of swallowing the bristles. Couldn’t figure out where they would have came from. A bit Disheartening as Qdoba has been a favorite of ours.
