“Hi Eddie, I wanted to share some feedback as a long-time regular customer. I’ve been visiting your restaurant and bar for about eight years now—usually at least once a week—and I’ve always appreciated the great service and quality beverages. The bar staff is consistently attentive and friendly, which keeps me coming back. However, I’ve recently had an ongoing issue with the ribeye steak. This is now the third time I’ve ordered it and found that nearly half of the 14 oz portion was made up of fat. It’s very disappointing, especially given the high standards your restaurant typically upholds. It seems the quality of meat being purchased may not be matching the premium standard that you advertise. I’ve enjoyed nearly every other entrée on your menu over the years, and they’ve always been excellent. That’s why I wanted to reach out directly rather than just stop ordering. I hope you’ll take a look into the current ribeye meat supplier or cuts being used. It might even help to have a mystery customer order one so you can see firsthand what’s being served. I’ve attached a picture showing the amount of fat from my last steak for reference. I really hope this can be addressed—I’d love to feel confident ordering a steak at your restaurant again. “Nice place to meet up with friends and have some good food. Had the pancakes flight and chose the strawberry (ok), blueberry (delish), and famous pan OK (yummy). Had to try the biscuits and gravy. Not a fan but it was ok. Friend had the chicken fry and he said it was great“

“We create a bowl with about everything, and it looks like a mess, but it is super delicious. We also tried the hard pita chips with sugar and cinnamon. We dipped them in honey, and it tasted just like a sopaipilla. Fresh food, good friendly service, and clean place to dine. Also love the healthy drinks options.“

“We ordered food through door dash and this is one of the best places we've had delivered. The food was hot and fresh. It was also delicious. They have a huge selection and we were able to get half a sandwich and a baked potato meal and it was perfect!! The turkey club on the crossiant is so good!! Probably going to be a regular place we order from!!“

Instead, they’ve maintained a good variety of quality menu items and have kept the interior comfortable (at least at this location) for years.
