Closing stores without notice is a terrible business practice. I absolutely loved the Forney location they are closing (with a week’s notice for the staff) but will never spend another dime at one of their locations ever again.

Basic salads🥗 and a variety of different kinds, I prefer the Cobb and can’t get away from it, but it’s just your basic salad to go instead of McDonald’s or something, and considering all the medical 🏥 things I get to deal with every day, this is a very great help for healthy eating and hopefully living,

If you actually enjoy salads this isn’t the place for you. Ordered a Greek and garden style salad. The Greek dressing was nothing at all like an authentic Greek style dressing, the ranch on the garden salad was horrible, the tomatoes were mush, and the cucumbers tasted soaked in bleach. Will not ever be back sadly bc the idea of this was so convenient.

We ordered 2 ranchero grain bowl with double meat beef. Looks like we barely even got a regular meat amount. Barely any rice under the meat. Is someone new working today? Very disappointed when we got home and started to notice we got ripped off.

Stopped by the drive-thru to pick up some food and ordered a Caesar salad wrap. The woman on the intercom was very sweet and professional, which I appreciated. However, the experience quickly went downhill at the window.
When I asked for a cup of water with my order, the employee behind the counter abruptly said “no” and completely ignored me after that. Her tone and attitude were unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Thankfully, another staff member eventually handed me the water I had politely requested.
The overall interaction left a really negative impression. The employee’s behavior was unprofessional and showed zero interest in basic customer service. I had hoped to give this location another chance, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.
If the management or owners happen to read this — I strongly suggest re-evaluating the customer service standards at this location. Hire people who genuinely want to serve customers and represent your business well. No one deserves to be treated with that level of disrespect, especially for something as simple as asking for water. I hope this was captured on your security cameras, because it speaks volumes.

Went through at 7:20 on 6/11/25 and sat there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. No response and no one in front of me. If left. It looked empty inside. Supposedly they open at 6:30AM

This place started out rough when it first opened was extremely slow and, somehow always out of chicken. I have seen a massive improvement recently, extremely friendly staff and has not been out of chicken. Even the wait time has improved significantly! Love to see a business, taking feedback and running with it!

If you haven't given this little restaurant a try, you don't know what you are missing!! The Beets Goes On Salad is amazing. The prices will not disappoint. I love salads of any kind, the ingredients are fresh, and the favor combinations are amazing. Everything is order and go, no sit down inside.
