The staff here works extremely hard! I see them moving extremely quickly all day to make sure people get what they ordered quickly. The food is always perfect. I’ve never had to go back for an exchange, gotten the wrong order, or been dissatisfied with my order. Outside of all of that the price for a hotdog and a drink or a slice of pizza is unbelievably good. Thank you to everyone who works at this cafe and to Sam’s for the excellent prices.

Really the service is horrible here. I mean The business plan is great. Offer a simple selection at a great price. It is just that the employees make no real effort to do their job. Sometimes they will close early. So people show up and don't get dinner. They run out of food. Really how does a grocery store run out of food? I mean, they'll run out of hotdogs. How hard is it to stock hotdogs? Like you only have pizza, pretzels, and hotdogs, and you run out of them. Whoever manages this café really doesn't horrible job. They could sell about 10 times the amount if they put some kind of effort. They definitely get paid by the hour. It is not that they are rude. They just don't take their job seriously and it shows.

This review stems from the fact I purchased a membership a couple months ago, presented the mail flyer with the offer for a membership cost rebate to the help center/ membership employee with the promise of a gift card in the amount of $45 ( cost of my membership) within 4-6 weeks. I have tried to resolve this with corporate and a man from the Philippines emailed me today saying he needs the flyer to verify this offer had been made to me in the first place. So….that’s where I am & I’m a little grumpy about it. I would appreciate some help from the store where I bought my membership. Thanks .

Really appreciated being served a frozen hot dog in the cafe while telling the guy behind me they weren’t ready! Also appreciated you doing absolutely nothing about it including offering me a refund! Your service has gone so down hill it’s an easy choice to switch to Costco with this kind of customer service.

Customer service is horrible, employees are rude, store is not kept clean. And employees DO NOT follow Covid19 rules, but the mask police will verbally assualt you for asking for items to keep safe.
