People were nice. We placed a to go order for 3 sandwiches and the bread in the bottom half on all 3 sandwiches was so soggy the bread would not hold together. I could understand this happening on 1 of the 3 sandwiches but not all 3. Shows poor quality practices or a person that just does not care. Have not been there in a while and wanted something different for valentines. I think I am done with Schlotzskys. Use to be a good sandwich

Saw the manager Yvette pull mustard out of the trash and put it back on the line and put it on a customer food and served it to them and I opened a pizza box and saw a group of roaches and there was mold in the cheese and the manager Yvette said when brought up that I ain’t eating it so I don’t care worst place to eat at and there be kids that don’t wash their hands before making customers food and morning shift is the worst

Love the sandwiches I get here. I always buy the original. What I don't like is the app, I have lost getting so many of my points because I have to keep logging back in every so often and cannot remember my password. They do not send me an email to reset it until almost a week later then it's too late to put my points in

A kid was crying somewhere in the back past the counter and kept crying periodically, around lunch today that belongs to an employee. The probable mom employee was drinking a pop behind the counter -another health code violation. She was making rude flippant remarks about me complaining about her kid being there from what I could hear all while I was trying to enjoy my food at a booth hearing her kid crying. 2 women and 1 guy at least brought kids to work with them last year. I saw a girl kid in the lobby sitting and crying periodically multiple times, kids behind the counter area, and kids further to the back other times. I saw 1kid through the drive thru window that had a water sprayer who was spraying water and I have no idea why. I don't know if he was doing dishes between customers at the window or just goofing off. I told the drive thru employee my complaints that night, but I saw kids again in the day time so I called the owner and corporate office last year. The owner told the main mgr (who also brings a kid to work I believe) my name and phone number and complaint instead of putting a stop to the problem. The corporate office wouldn't answer my phone call after I emailed a complaint so I stopped coming to this location. I came again in drive thru recently and found out that the mgt wasn't changed and I was shocked. I came in the lobby today to see if anything changed and apparently they didn't ever quit bringing kids to work. NOONE is allowed behind a restaurant counter who doesn't work in a restaurant to protect public health. They have to be a certain age and have training about handling food. If these kids get the measles or something it's going to cause a health hazard to all the customers. I met someone who never had the measles as a child who got measles as an adult just by throwing away a Kleenex away from a kid at a convenience store and ended up in the hospital and almost died. Kids get pink eye, lice, etc. all the time from other kids. It's not a laughing matter violating health codes at restaurants. The behavior of the kid and the adult employees today was unacceptable!

I go to this location off Danforth quite often when I go the foods always great but the customer service in the morning and evening everyone seems to hate their job and is never to clean. How-ever I went the other evening and The lady that took my order I have never seen and she said she was a new manager , she was so polite and had a smile on her face the whole time and not to mention everything seemed much cleaner! GREAT HIRE SCHLOTZSKYS She definitely made my experience the best I have had at this location.

My son and I just went through the drive thru today (10/24 at 12:06pm, ). We had the best experience. I wish I knew the girls name, if there is some way for y’all to figure that out, please tell her she is an absolute ROCKSTAR! Multitasking skill is next level all while staying completely upbeat and happy. This hardworking mama is irreplaceable.
The fella who waited on us was very friendly. I ordered the fiesta chicken Sammie and it was very good, my hubby had the original double meat and his Sammie was huge. I ordered chips too, they weren't great. Overall, A+

If you order the roast beef sandwich get ready for a smoky cheese sandwich instead. They won't fix it either but they will charge you extra for the vegetables. They are to lazy to fix menu that can easily be changed.
