The very worst service ever! I ordered 2 sandwiches on line. It took 49 minutes to finally get them. Two young men working there were at the point of tears trying their best to do something they had no idea how to do. 3 times they told me my food would be right out. There were only 2 other customers. I got district mgrs name and left voice mail. No response. Could barely understand his English with accent. Boys said they had been working 12 hours and mgr would not let them close.
It was okay the few people they had there were very nice. The dining room was closed due to lack of personnel.
Food was fine, I asked for no olives and there was still olives. Woman at the register seem to be a trainee. She was missing my chips as well as my drink I had to ask her for both. She gave me my chips and still forgot my drink. I had to ask her again to grab my drink. It’s not really that she was a trainee that was upsetting, more of the fact is that she was very rude. Her tone was condescending, and she seemed as though she did not want to be there. Even though, she was the person that missed my items.
Not to busy. I asked for no cheese sauce and mayo instead but I got extra extra mayo with a little roast beef. I wanted to to take it back for my money but was on lunch and didn't have the time. I won't go back.
The Cinnabon I orders had old crusty icing on it and it wasn't gooey at all. :,(,,, it was hard crusty flaky icing and tough dough.
Online order took 40 minutes to be completed, the order was wrong and waited over 10 minutes at the front counter before anyone came out to greet. Will not return.
They closed early even though the open sign was still on. Very sus. Schlotzsky’s is usually really good so I was disappointed in this experience, I hope they had a good reason to close at 8:00pm on a Saturday. Also the indoor seating is closed and even though the inside was closed the employees weren’t wearing masks and i doubt they’d put them onfor the drive through.
We’ve ordered from Schlotzkys in Tulsa for our is marching band several times over the last few years and they’ve done a great job so we thought we try ordering from them in Edmond at 19417 Portland Ave. All stores are not the same. Placed an order with them for our band for a championship game. Told them someone would call to pay for it and unfortunately she forgot early in the evening but kept trying to call the night before and morning of the order and never could get through. Manager was rude and lied and said they tried to call us but no missed calls on our phone. Don’t waste your time, they are very inexperienced in handling a order for 125. If you want great service, order from Jason Blevins in Tulsa for all your Schlotzkys meals he’s amazing.
Great sandwich. I like the original.

My friend and I used to eat lunch at this location every Tuesday, before Covid. I went there last night to pick up dinner for my family. We ordered 2 pizzas and a deluxe sandwich and had to throw them away because they all were horrible. They got the order wrong and it cost over $25.00. I will never go back. I tried 2 times to call and speak to a manager and the first call was never answered. I called back and after 2 rings, someone picked it up and promptly hung up!!!! Never again.....

Great location. Open to dine in. Very helpful staff.
I’ve been to this location multiple times and each time gets worse. I tried ordering soup and a cinnamon roll when they opened for lunch and they didn’t have either. I also ordered a turkey sandwich which was awful. The bread was stale and the cheese was not melted at all. They just sprinkled shredded cheese on top. I will not be going here again. Take the extra couple of minutes and go to the memorial location.
Food was good but for the life of me I cannot fathom why it takes so long to make a cold sandwich.
