We hadn't been to a Schlotskys in over 3 years and decided to try this location since we just moved here from out of state. The Sandwich bread was a little over baked (crunching sound when biting into the edges of the sandwich). The Pickle tasted like it was past the fresh date....strange off-putting taste to it so we didn't finish eating them. Baked potato soup was very brown looking after being stirred. It tasted ok. We will try a different location next time.

I had an online order and i went through the drive thru. The lady handed me my food, I had asked a question and she slammed the window shut. I then sat there for 2 minutes waiting for someone to come back. They were absolutely rude when they came back to the window asking what I wanted. What absolutely rude people.

The potato soup was really nasty it was like paste and really bad taste about made me sicks wasted money the sandwiches tasted funny also and the price is really high for wat we got that location really sucks want my money back and next go to another location to see if they are better.im so disappointed my dogs wouldn't even eat the soup try a different location

Usually not one to write a bad review but I'm fed up with this place. employee's are always rude or don't know what they are doing. At the drive thru today older white guy was rude because I asked for ranch and then charged me extra for ranch that is supposed to come with the sandwich anyway! I come here often because it's close but not worth the hassle anymore.
I've tried to use this location a few times but I'm finished with them. This location has never been busy when I've tried to order for pick up on the app but I always have to wait to pick up at least 10 minutes beyond the projected pick up time. The most recent visit I was literally the only one there and app said pickup in 7 minutes. I showed up at 10 minutes and it wasn't ready yet. Had to wait an extra 10 to get the order. I've also had one come out that was missing half the order and had to wait even longer to get the rest of it.

Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT ORDER TEA. THERE'S NO LID I IT AND FLIES ALL IN THE ESTABLISHMENT? The food was disgusting, the soda machine is filthy and extremely disgusting. The Mac and cheese looked like cheese sauce and water mixed together. The broccoli soup was cold and not even cooked down, after waiting over 30 mins. Only 2 employees on duty and one they touch everything and never even change gloves. Everything is terrible! STAY FAR AWAY AND RUN! WORST SCHLOTZSKYS EXPERIENCE EVER IN LIFE.

They got the order wrong & came out to confront us about it. Very unprofessional. The bread was not like any Schlotzsky's I've been to before. It had a cornbread like texture to it & no flavor. Would not recommend this place.
