I stopped by around 10:15 this morning. One employee was sitting in a booth on their phone and two others were in the back making food. I stood there for approximately 5-10 minutes waiting to order and wasn’t greeted by anyone. One employee in the back made eye contact with me and then looked toward the front, probably wondering where the cashier was. I assume she’s the one that was sitting down. I understand being busy making sandwiches but at a certain point I should have been acknowledged by someone. Went to Taco Bell instead and got great service. Go figure!

NW Expressway was my go to favorite fast food until I moved to Edmond 4 years ago. Disappointed at every visit to the 33rd and Broadway Edmond location, but kept thinking their shortages or tasteless results might be related to CoVid supply problems. Finally stopped going all together. Realized finally that it is just this location. Going to try the Edmond Danforth location to see if I can get the same great sandwich I used to get in OKC. Fingers crossed.

Most everyone who works here, besides the rude general manager, are really kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the store is getting 1 star because of how the situation played out....I have a broken ankle so I ordered delivery through the schlotzkys app - 1 sandwich, chips, drink, and potato soup. I get a notification that he dropped it off, via door dash as that's who they use, and the picture isn't my house. So, I get my crutch and start going to my nearby neighbors houses to see if the porch looks the same. I couldn't find it, so I messaged the dasher and of course the communication has been cut off so I call the store and they get my info and say they'll call me back. Nothing for a week. Call again. Nothing for a week. So I call this past week and I get the GM who has a nasty attitude. If I had been rude I would've understood, but I wasn't. I understand that human error happens but since I didn't get my food I want a refund. I was being patient but this happened on July 14th - it's currently August 7th and all she has done is say she couldn't find my order but now she can and she tried calling, from her personal phone, and she didn't leave a voicemail. Then gets an attitude with me when I came at her very kind and trying to be understanding.I don't have money to be wasting on food I can't even eat. General manager -4/10. Good communication skills along with better customer service would be a game changer for your store. I hope her employees don't suffer because of her!!

Lobby as closed day in thru line for 0 minutes before I left worst schlotzskys I have ever been to everyone moving slow nobody seemed like they wanted to be at work

The food was good but it was a long wait to order. We ended up having to take our food to go since I had an appointment and didn't get to eat my sandwich until over 3 hours later. They just seemed very understaffed.

We hadn't been to a Schlotskys in over 3 years and decided to try this location since we just moved here from out of state. The Sandwich bread was a little over baked (crunching sound when biting into the edges of the sandwich). The Pickle tasted like it was past the fresh date....strange off-putting taste to it so we didn't finish eating them. Baked potato soup was very brown looking after being stirred. It tasted ok. We will try a different location next time.

It was okay.
I had an online order and i went through the drive thru. The lady handed me my food, I had asked a question and she slammed the window shut. I then sat there for 2 minutes waiting for someone to come back. They were absolutely rude when they came back to the window asking what I wanted. What absolutely rude people.
The potato soup was really nasty it was like paste and really bad taste about made me sicks wasted money the sandwiches tasted funny also and the price is really high for wat we got that location really sucks want my money back and next go to another location to see if they are better.im so disappointed my dogs wouldn't even eat the soup try a different location
Had a great experience the only 2 times I’ve been to this location. Danny is super nice and very helpful. Give this guy a raise!!

Usually not one to write a bad review but I'm fed up with this place. employee's are always rude or don't know what they are doing. At the drive thru today older white guy was rude because I asked for ranch and then charged me extra for ranch that is supposed to come with the sandwich anyway! I come here often because it's close but not worth the hassle anymore.
