First time at Signature Grill, the food is amazing! I had the stuff chicken with crab and spinach, absolutely amazing. The owner actually came over to our table and introduced herself, very nice and personable. I highly recommend signature grill for a date night or special occasion.

Be aware, this is a small place with limited seating. Tables are in close proximity to each other and we had a table next to us that had been a little socially lubricated and maybe did not realize their noise level was beyond that of the rest of the dining room. (Really, I kept hearing about the price of the bottle they were drinking in her high, shrill voice as she informed the other couple at their table. HAHA.)
Staff is really knowledgeable about the menu and specials and are quick to kill questions about the food and menu. Everything is made to order and brought out together. The staff is attentive without hovering. Everything is timed well. It really is an experience.
We go out to dinner sparingly these days and don't mind spending a little for quality when we do. We've been to other places in the city and I've walked out with buyers remorse but not Signature. Well done to all the team.

The food was good. We ordered the 14oz ribeye and the pan seared chicken. The ribeye was tough to chew, but was cooked to medium as ordered. The chicken was flavourful but a bit dry. For sides the fingerling potatoes, green beans, mushrooms and risotto were all good. We ordered a crème brûlée for dessert and it was delicious!
Signature has the most delicious roasted chicken I have ever eaten. The mushroom risotto is out of this world. Staff is always welcoming and friendly.

Decent experience. But not what you expect for the $$$$. Ordered the filet. The sauce tasted a bit like kerosene. Green beans were somewhat hard. My friend ordered the Sea Bass. Not a high quality piece of fish IMO. The salad was overwhelmed with dressing. You feel a bit like a sardine as the restaurant is small and packed. Bathroom not conveniently located as it’s basically in the kitchen. My last visit to Signature Grill.

Truly the best food in Edmond (in my opinion). Chef Clay has an incredible gift and his wife Jessica, who runs the front of house, is a gem of a human. They have often graciously accomodated food allergies and dietary preferences. It is my favorite place for a special occasion!

The food was good.
