Went through the drive through and had to pull up to wait. (Ordered for 4 people)
When they brought out the food I stopped to ask to make sure all the sauces were in the bag because I had a kiddo and anyone with kids will get it! She assured me everything was in the bag. When I got to my destination, said sauce was not in the bag! Also, got shorted a tender in one of the meals. Had to get my receipt to make sure they didn’t hear me incorrectly. Super irritating when...

Okay, five stars? Yes! I owe this rating to the management of this particular location. The moment you walk in, you can tell how clean and well-kept it is. The staff is friendly, and the orders are always well-prepared.
Not all locations are the same, but this one stands out. If you’re in the mood for a hot meal of fresh chicken, this is definitely the spot. And don’t skip the fried mushrooms—they won’t disappoint!
