Rudest customer service experience by far. My friend and I came in about 5 minutes before closing, we were not greeted with hello or anything when we walked in. The girl working did not even look at us while she took our order. Was very short and rude to us. She was slamming her scoops into the sinks and hitting the machines very loudly around us. We felt very uncomfortable with her attitude. This was my first and last experience.

Best smoothie I have ever had. I had the opportunity to meet the owner.. I think Brad was his name. I could be wrong. He was awesome and explained the history behind the store. There is a young man who works there. He makes the worst products every time I go. He has blonde bushy hair, wears a.gold.chain, and is very arrogant and unfriendly. I explained to him that my smoothie was very runny and watery. He snapped at me and said.. I make them the same every time. He seemed like the type that would spit in my smoothie. If I see he is working, I leave and do not order. He always looks at me and makes me feel I am not welcome. I won't stop going, but I definitely won't let him make my smoothie.

Ordered a smoothie bowl and it took over 15 minutes to get and I was the only customer in the store. The guy making the smoothie did not have the ingredients stocked for the toppings and had to go to the back twice to get them

I LOVE Smoothie King. This location is absolutely amazing. The girls are so helpful with all the questions I always have! (I love to try new smoothies and swap ingredients etc.) The textures and flavors of the smoothies are to perfection. They always welcome me in with a smile ready to chat. I'm so thankful I work right across the street from this location!
I get shakes for myself and my grandmother (88) here; the folks running it are really nice, shakes are always great! Had to leave a review for them!

I have come here for 8 years, and recently yesterday on 11/06/24 I got a Strawberry Gladiator, add strawberries, banana, peanut butter, and Greek yogurt. I have the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had now. I’m not sure which ingredients gave it to me, but something was not right. It tasted fine, but obviously something was wrong. The most likely candidate would be the yogurt, maybe it was expired or not kept cold enough. I’m never going to be able to drink a smoothie again. I know for sure it was the smoothie as I had no eaten anything else that day, and it happened about 2.5 hours after the smoothie. It’s been 18 hours of hell so far.
